How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet
shoulder-width apart.
2. Jump by pushing your toes and quickly move
your wrists as if passing a rope through your feet.
3. Land on your toes, then jump and repeat the
sequence.

Exercise Tips
1. Lift your feet a few inches off the floor.
2. Don’t jump too high.
3. Start slowly, then maintain a suitable pace.
