Exercise Description 1. Adjust the pulleys on both sides at the bottom. 1. Grab the cables, stand tall in the middle, and take a step forward. 2. With your palms facing forward, open your arms wide below your waist. 3. Pull the cables together upwards in front of your chest. 4. As your arms come close to each other, return to the initial position and repeat.
Exercise Tips 1. Maintain a straight back and stick your chest out. 2. Keep a slight bend in your arms. 3. Breathe in as you bring your arms together; breathe out as you bring them out. 4. Focus on contracting your upper chest muscles as you lift the cables up.
