00:00In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, peace be with you.
00:19We acknowledge our sins, but more importantly the compassion, the mercy and the love of God.
00:25Loving God, you are with us always, Lord have mercy.
00:29Loving God, you turn to good all things for those who love you, Christ have mercy.
00:35Your compassion never ends, Lord have mercy.
00:39May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and lead us into healing and life everlasting.
00:46Let us pray. Almighty ever-living God, grant that we may always conform our wills to yours,
00:53and serve you with sincerity of heart.
00:56Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God,
01:02forever and ever. Amen.
01:06A reading from the letter of Saint Paul to the Romans.
01:10Since God had made him a promise, Abraham refused either to deny it or even to doubt it, but drew strength from faith and gave glory to God,
01:21convinced that God had power to do what he had promised.
01:26This is the faith that was considered as justifying him.
01:30Scripture, however, does not refer only to him, but to us as well.
01:36When it says that his faith was thus considered, our faith too will be considered,
01:43if we believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead,
01:47Jesus who was put to death for our sins and raised to life to justify us.
01:55The word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.
01:59Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel. He has come to his people.
02:04Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel. He has come to his people.
02:09He has raised up for us a mighty Saviour in the house of David his servant,
02:13as promised by the lips of holy ones, those who raised prophets from of old.
02:18Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel. He has come to his people.
02:23A Saviour who would free us from our foes, from the hands of all who ate us.
02:28So his love for our ancestors is fulfilled and his holy covenant remembered.
02:33His word to Abraham.
02:35Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel.
02:38He has come to his people.
02:41He swore to Abraham, our father, to grant us that free from fear and safe from the hands of our foes,
02:47we might serve him in holiness and justice all the days of our life in his presence.
02:53Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel. He has come to his people.
02:59Alleluia, Alleluia. Happy, the poor in spirit. The kingdom of heaven is theirs. Alleluia.
03:07The Lord be with you.
03:10A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke. Glory to you, O Lord.
03:16A man in the crowd said to Jesus, Master, tell my brother to give me a share of our inheritance.
03:22My friend, he replied, who appointed me your judge or the arbitrator of your claims.
03:29Then he said to them, Watch and be on your guard against an aphoros of any kind.
03:34For a man's life is not made secure by what he owns, even when he has more than he needs.
03:41Then he told them a parable. There was a rich man who, having had a good harvest from his land,
03:47taught to himself, What am I to do? I have not enough room to store my crops.
03:53Then he said, This is what I will do. I will put down my barns and build bigger ones,
03:58and store all my grain and my goods in them. And I will say to my soul,
04:03My soul, you have plenty of good things laid by for many years to come.
04:08Take things easy. Eat, drink, have a good time.
04:11But God said to him, Food, this very night the demand will be made for your soul.
04:18And this part of yours, whose will it be then?
04:23So it is, when a man stores up pressure for himself in place of making himself rich in the sight of God.
04:30The Gospel of the Lord. Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
04:41A reminder to continue making, putting first things first.
04:54Not to rely only on our own security.
04:58Not have a false sense of security.
05:01In the first reading we are reminding it is through Christ that we are saved.
05:06And we know that when we are weak, we are strong.
05:09So we keep letting God save us.
05:11And we make sure our priorities are clear.
05:14To seek first the kingdom of God and the rest will follow.
05:21And we are called to trust. Always.
05:26Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation, for to your goodness we have this bread to offer, which earth has given human hands have made.
05:45It will become for us the bread of life. Blessed be God forever.
06:00By the mystery of this water and wine, may we come to share in the divinity of Christ, who humbled himself to share in our humanity.
06:23Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation, for to your goodness we have this wine to offer.
06:38Fruit of divine work of human hands, it will become a spiritual drink.
06:43Blessed be God forever.
06:45Let us pray, brothers and sisters, that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God our Almighty Father.
06:57May the Lord accept the sacrifice at our hands, to the praise and glory of God's name, for our good and the good of God's Holy Church.
07:06Grant us, Lord, we pray a sincere respect for your gifts, that through the purifying action of your grace we may be cleansed by the very mysteries we serve through Christ our Lord. Amen.
07:19The Lord be with you. Lift up your hearts. Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
07:26It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation, always and everywhere, to give you thanks, Father Most Holy, for your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, your word for whom you made all things, whom you sent as our Savior and Redeemer,
07:41incarnate by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin, fulfilling your will and gaining for you a holy people.
07:48He stretched out his hands as he endued his passion, so as to break the bonds of death and manifest the resurrection.
07:55And so, with the angels and all the saints, we declare your glory, as with one voice we acclaim, Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of hosts.
08:04Heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest.
08:09Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest.
08:14You are indeed holy, O Lord, the fount of all holiness. Make holy, therefore, these gifts, we pray, by sending down your Spirit upon them like the dewfall, so that they may become for us the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
08:29At the time he was betrayed, and entered willingly into his passion, he took bread, and giving thanks, broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying,
08:39Take this, all of you, and eat of it, for this is my body, which will be given up for you.
08:45In a similar way, when supper was ended, he took the chalice, and once more giving thanks, he gave it to his disciples, saying, Take this, all of you, and drink from it.
09:03For this is the chalice of my blood, the blood of the new and eternal covenant, which will be poured out for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins. Do this in memory of me.
09:22The mystery of faith. Save us, Savior of the world, for by your cross and resurrection you have set us free.
09:32Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of his death and resurrection, we offer you, Lord, the bread of life and the chalice of salvation, giving thanks that you've held us worthy to be in your presence and minister to you.
09:46Humbly we pray that, partaking of the body and blood of Christ, we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit.
09:54Remember, Lord, your Church spread throughout the world and bring her to the fullness of charity, together with Leo, our Pope, me, your unworthy servant, and all the clergy.
10:05Remember also our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep in the hope of the resurrection, and all who have died in your mercy.
10:13Welcome then into the light of your face.
10:17Have mercy on us all, we pray, that with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, Blessed Joseph as Povs, with the blessed Apostles, and all the saints who have pleased you throughout the ages,
10:30we may, through your grace, merit to be coerced to eternal life, and may praise and glorify you through your Son, Jesus Christ.
10:43Through him and with him and in him, O God, Almighty Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, all glory and honour is yours for ever and ever. Amen.
10:54At the Saviour's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say,
10:59Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
11:08Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
11:16And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
11:20Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil.
11:23Graciously grant peace in our days, that by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress,
11:31as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
11:36For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and forever.
11:41Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your apostles, Peace I leave you, my peace I give you, look not on our sins, but on the faith of your Church,
11:51and graciously grant her peace and unity in accordance with your will, who live and reign forever and ever. Amen.
11:59The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always. Let us offer each other a sign of peace. Peace be with you all.
12:07Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, grant us peace.
12:24Behold the Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, happy are those who are called to the supper of the Lamb. Lord, I am not worthy you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.
12:50My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most blessed sacrament. I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my soul.
13:00Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally, commonly, spiritually, into my heart, I embrace you as if you were already there, and unite myself wholly to you. Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.
13:16Let us pray.
13:18Grant, O Lord, we pray that benefiting from participation in heavenly things, we may be helped by what you give us in this present age and prepared for the gifts that are eternal. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
13:33The Lord be with you and may the peace and the blessing of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit come upon you and remain always with you. Let us go and live the gospel. Thanks be to God. God bless your day.
