00:00gentlemen i saw this in the athletic this morning they have uh some sort of system that projects

00:07the upcoming nfl draft order and according to that system right now the miami dolphins are

00:15projected to have the third overall selection in the upcoming nfl draft the jets are number one

00:21they're the only team that has not won a game yet and the tennessee titans are number two

00:26according to this system lana there's not some kind of system like it's an algorithm based ai

00:33you look at the records well no well no but there's match up and uh like it's not just

00:39worst record because you could have the same worst record as someone else problem is who's

00:44going to be making the pick i you you you would have never heard his name before in your life

00:53that would be my answer to that question really like you think they're gonna go get

00:59you don't think it could be like an established football mind no because you don't know gms like

01:27i was talking with tobin yesterday and uh at the red white and pink game and and he said this on his

01:36show so i'm not revealing any you know behind the uh the curtain conversations but he he has this

01:42feeling like chris greer is is not going anywhere like he genuinely has this feeling that chris greer is

01:50gonna stick around and he'll be the general manager next season or this offseason and that

01:56mcdaniel is going to be i don't think it's fair to call it a scapegoat because understandably so if he

02:01ends up getting canned with the record what it is but that'll be the move from steven ross he's going

02:06to fire mike mcdaniel and chris greer he has a he has a strong feeling will be the the general manager

02:13next season for the miami dolphins well listen if you're doing it based on past performance

02:20that would that would happen because that's the way steven ross has operated with chris greer

02:27um so now chris greer i have a tough time believing it so chris greer is now going to be a part of

02:33hiring the new head coach and bringing in more players i don't listen i i love tobin but i think

02:39that's totally incorrect i don't think it's the craziest idea in the world because steven ross

02:44operates that way he has operated that way huck we just talked about if he wants to have one more run

03:20someone whom he likes and probably trusts you build up a trust with someone over 10 years 15 years you just

03:28do uh if they're around that long what if chris greer is with him in the office and he says listen
