00:08Barry Jackson tweets, a very close associate of McDaniel told me Monday that he and Mike's inner circle would be shocked if he was fired.
00:19As we noted, Barry writes, Mike was surprised to get the news today.
00:23He was adored internally as a person, so it's a very melancholy day from a personal standpoint inside those offices.
00:32He treated everyone with class and respect, and then Barry points out John Harbaugh expects to interview multiple places with the Dolphins being a strong contender.

04:53Through those interviews, what if those, are those GMs that they, they're interested in,
04:57obviously said, I don't want to come here with McDaniel as the sitting head coach.

05:06Aikman and from Dan Marina.
05:08I, I still believe that Steven Ross wasn't planning on getting rid of him, even though
05:14he probably was hearing halfway through the season, you've got to make a change.
05:20They can call Joe Montana and Steve Young if they want to, whatever old quarterbacks they
