01:43Oh, you believe most certainly in toxic and gambling.
01:46Al-Nzabu al-Aslamu, dedication of stone, divination of arrows.
01:49Rishnu mimil shaitan, these are Satan's handwork, abstain from it that you may prosper.
01:53There are many hadith.
01:54Even in Ibn Majah, it's a sahih hadith that the Prophet said, 10 categories of people will be cursed.
02:01The person who buys alcohol, the person who sells alcohol, the person who transports alcohol, the person who serves alcohol, the person who drinks alcohol, the person who drinks alcohol.
02:12And that there he listed 10 categories, it also says, the person who sells alcohol.
02:18So, but natural, you cannot say that alcohol is a probability for the Muslims, so I can sell it to non-Muslims, this hadith is very clear.
02:24As far as gold is concerned, I don't know of any hadith which says, selling gold is prohibited.
02:31But, this hadith of the Prophet, which says that gold and silk is haram for the men, the Muslim Ummah, is very clear.
02:42But there is a hadith, which is inside Bukhari, inside Muslim, various hadith, which says that, once the sahaba saw the Prophet, Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam,
02:52that why don't you wear this silk garment?
02:58So, the Prophet said, the person who wears the silk garment, he will be deprived of the Jannah and the Akhirah.
03:08So, it is very clear cut, that wearing silk for the men, any of the Muslim men who wear silk, they will be deprived of the Jannah and the Akhirah.
03:20But then, there were some people who gifted silk to the Prophet, some of the non-Muslims.
03:26So, the Prophet gave those silk garment to the sahabas, he even gave a silk garment to Azatomar, Meallahu Alaihi Wasallam,
03:35and he said, benefit from it.
03:37Azatomar, Meallahu Alaihi Wasallam, was shocked.
03:39He said, but, Ya Rasulullah, you told it's haram for Muslim to wear.
03:44He said, so have I done something wrong that you are giving me this?
03:48He said, I never told you to wear.
03:50I told you to benefit from it.
03:52That means, you can give it to non-Muslim.
03:55That you can sell it to non-Muslim.
03:57And, there are various such hadiths, that the Prophet was given silk garments, he gave it to the sahabas, and he told, benefit from it, sell it to non-Muslim.
04:07Now, based on this hadith, some people who have less knowledge think, okay, now, okay, wearing silk for the men is haram, but selling to non-Muslim is permitted.
04:16The general ruling is, that what is haram for you, you, yourself involving, in selling to non-Muslim, also indirectly becomes haram, based on the verse of the Quran of Surah Maidah, chapter 5, verse number 2, where Allah says,
04:31help one another in bir and taqwa, in righteousness and good deeds, but do not help one another in sin and transgression.
04:40So, what does this hadith mean, that the Prophet told Azatomar, Meallahu Alaihi Wasallam, sell it to the non-Muslim.
04:46If you read the Sharah of Sahih Bukhari, that is, if you read the Sharah, the commentary of Sahih Bukhari, it says, Ibn Hajar says,
05:01that what was meant here was, the Prophet, when he gifted it to the sahaba, it means, and he told, benefit from it, there can be various options,
05:12it means, it can mean, it can mean, give it to the women folk, or convert it, if it's a goal, convert it to the women folk, it's halal for the women,
05:21or convert the sale garment for the women folk, it can mean, benefit means, they can sell it, but that doesn't mean, sell it,
05:27to a non-Muslim man, they can sell it to a non-Muslim woman, or can sell it to a non-Muslim man,
05:33who will see to it, that he gives it to a non-Muslim woman, so benefit from it can have various meaning,
05:41so we have to try and understand, that the sahabas kept the ruling, they knew the Sharia well,
05:47and when he says, benefit, don't take it the other way, that they sold it to the non-Muslim men to wear,
05:55they sold it to the non-Muslim woman, or non-Muslim men, who can give it to the wives,
06:02so, majority of the scholars, they derive this hadith, and say what the Prophet meant, benefit means,
06:10that that silk, you can give it to the women folk, or you can sell it to a non-Muslim man,
06:17who will give it to the non-Muslim woman, but making something for the men,
06:22and knowing men are going to use it, it's not permitted, similarly, now the question is coming,
06:27since gold and silk is the same hadith, there is no hadith which I know of,
06:31which the Prophet said, give the gold and benefit, maybe, I don't know of it,
06:35so, here, when we take a siddhaal, we come to know, that even in the gold,
06:41you cannot make a gold jewellery, specially made for the men to wear,
06:46whether it be a gold ring, or a gold bracelet, or a gold chain, it's haram,
06:51whether it's won by a Muslim or non-Muslim, so, since he told,
06:54that you are exclusively making gold jewellery for men,
06:58and 100% of the customers are non-Muslim, yet, it is prohibited according to the Sharia,
07:04so, the ruling of the majority of the scholars is,
07:08that you cannot sell a gold jewellery to a man,
07:12knowing very well that he is going to wear it,
07:15if you sell gold jewellery to a man, and know that he is going to give it to someone else,
07:18he will sell it, and benefit, no problem,
07:20but if you know that a man is going to wear,
07:22then it is prohibited for you to sell gold jewellery to a man who is going to wear it,
07:26and you said you specially make jewellery, which are worn by men,
07:30so according to me, you should stop this business,
07:33or you can start a gold jewellery,
07:35for the woman, it's no problem,
07:37but gold jewellery for men, it is prohibited,
