15:10history here in the Valley. Ami's really experienced. He's been flipping for years and
15:16this house is like nothing I've ever seen in Vegas. I love it. It's so beautiful, you know,

15:27of the street. Yeah. Who has this? No one. You know, we're just waiting for some love. It needs a

15:42and there was a lot of deals and everybody was in the auction and the business grew from there and
15:46I started doing like rentals, some flips. So no matter what you buy, you have to update it. And
15:51that's what makes the flip very valuable. What do you think you could sell for? So the comps range
15:56between one and a half million to 2.4 million. Uh-huh. And it just depends how much love and design

16:07And this is the kitchen. So it do require a brand new kitchen for the quality and the size of the
16:15home. Yes. There's no question. This kitchen's gross. We still want it to look very Spanish but
16:21sleek. Yeah. You know. And here we get into the dedicated dining area. Wow. Look how much space you
16:28have. And another fireplace. I like that they stack these mantles. Yeah. This is where we put a
16:36beautiful Spanish tile. Okay. Right? And we're not spending tons of money. And it will look
16:40beautiful. Right. We're going to make it look so beautiful. Yeah. Let's see this room. This is the
16:46family room, right? Yeah. This is where the sectional or sofa is. Love the built-ins. We need to redo the
16:52whole bar over there. This is going to be the fun part. Yeah. This bar is going to be completely custom.
16:58And we got to do something super cool and fun here. Yeah. So this is the main bedroom. So it's very,
17:07very unique. You have the same style of flooring. And it opens up. It's not very big when you come in
17:12the single door. Closet stinks right there. Yeah. If I'm spending two million dollars on a house,
17:20this doesn't cut it. I'm excited for this project. This is the biggest property I had so far. And this
17:26is the first time that I'm actually taking a celebrity designer to fix the property and to help me with
17:32the design process. I mean, the amount of birds... So many over here. They took over the house.
17:38Oh, my God, they did. When they all gone and left. How are you doing the pigeon send-off? What are you
17:42going to do to clean it up? So right now, there's a few baby pigeons. So we're waiting for them to
17:46grow and fly away. And then we can... That's really sweet of you. Clean it all up and... Well, you don't

17:55If you had wings, wouldn't you fly? Okay, I knew that part. I'm not a pigeon expert, but I pretty much
17:59figured they'd like to fly and they'd like to... Yeah. So their initial construction budget's
18:06around $350,000. And I'm going to tell you right now, that is so low for how big this house is and
18:13what they want to do. So we still have a very long way to go on the budget. I do want to work with
18:17Ami, and I want to work with his business partner, Alon, and I want to design this house. And if I can
18:23save him money on finishes and materials, then I want to cut. This is how successful businesses are built.

18:31Ami started demo over at Edna. And even though I'm super excited about the project and I love the house,
19:00my goal is to be a partner, a real partner. But before I pitch him on the idea, I need him to
19:07get on board with my design approach.
