00:00I have what I call management credibility factors. Number one is caring and concern because nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.
00:08Next one is honesty and openness. You got to be open and honest.
00:12Next one is responsiveness because you can be fair. You can be listening.
00:17But if you don't have a commitment to responding and doing what you say you're going to do, what does it matter?
00:22Next one is competence. You got to prove that you know what you're doing.
00:25And then reliability, a little different than responsiveness. Can I count on you to do what you say you're going to do?
00:31And then the last one goes to when you screw up on one of those other five, which you will if you're a human being.
00:37Sure. Last one is apology and accountability. How do you say as a leader, my bad, I messed up, I made a mistake.
00:45We got to shift this in the direction we're going. We got to patch this thing up. I need your help. Tell me what we ought to do.
