00:06Vancouver is a great city except for all the junkies everywhere but there's a lot of beauty here obviously and there's a lot of beautiful women.
00:12One of the common complaints I hear about Vancouver is that other people aren't social or the women here are cold or unapproachable.
00:18But the common theme of all the people who are saying these things are typically that they're not being social and they don't have the balls to approach.
00:25Because if you actually take a chance you go talk to the woman here and you learn some social skills so you can do it properly the women are very friendly and very receptive.
00:32That doesn't mean everyone's gonna like you but the better you get at starting conversations or approaching or whatever method you want to use to try to meet women in Vancouver the better your reception is gonna be.
00:42If you're walking around all day with resting bitch face and then you say that the city is unfriendly well that's all on you because people are gonna mirror what you're putting out to the world.
00:50So if you want a smile you should be putting out a smile first.
00:53So to meet women in Vancouver is pretty much the same as meeting women anywhere.
00:56But it all comes back to you what are you willing to do to meet women in Vancouver.
01:00For the brave adventurous guy you can meet women by approaching directly right.
01:05This is pretty easy but you need some balls and you also need to keep a few things in mind like not getting up in a woman's space right.
01:11Respect her her personal bubble right.
01:13Don't touch her that means don't tap her on the shoulder to something weird like that.
01:16Nobody likes it when a stranger walks up and touches them and that could be threatening as well.
01:20Just act like you're getting directions, say excuse me but obviously don't pretend you're asking for directions and just go direct.
01:26If you want to sharpen your conversation skills then you can try indirect openers.
01:29Indirect openers can be used basically anywhere, any kind of shop, grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant, it doesn't really matter.
01:35You're gonna be making a comment on something you see, something that she's doing but just make sure that it's relevant.
01:40Whatever you say make sure it's something that's part of her experience or something that she might be concerned with or interested in, not something about yourself.
01:47Online dating can also be great in Vancouver.
01:50There's tons of women online.
01:51However, it doesn't work for the majority of guys because women are going to filter you out based on statistics.
01:56That means your height, your age.
01:58They're also going to filter you out based on your photographs.
02:01But if you can get some half decent photographs up and have a good profile write up, you will attract some women.
02:06But just keep in mind that online looks are the biggest factor really.
02:10It's going to be all about the photographs primarily and the majority of the attractive women and actually pretty much every other women are going to be going to the top 1% or 5% or whatever.
02:20The top dudes and then everyone else is going to be left with the scraps.
02:23But online dating is basically online marketing.
02:26So if you can learn how to do online marketing well, you can probably make online dating work for you and meet more Vancouver women.
02:31Even though Vancouver is known as the no fun city, there's actually quite a few fun events.
02:35You can go to a social group, meetup group, sporting events and different kind of clubs.
02:40Basically, it's just up to you to choose what you like, what you want to see or what you want to learn.
02:44Join a class or sign up for an event and then have some courage to actually talk to the women who are at that event when you go there.
02:50But if you're a wallflower, you don't talk to them, you're not going to have much of a chance of meeting many Vancouver singles.
02:56But if you're willing to experiment with how you open your conversations and practicing strong body language and eye contact,
03:02actually smiling when you go talk to them, the chances are you're going to have some good odds of getting some success.
