How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Get on the preacher curl machine, hold the
EZ curl barbell with an underhand grip, straight arms,
and hands placed shoulder-width apart.
2. Raise the bar towards the shoulders by folding
your arms.
3. As you reach near the shoulders, return to the
starting position slowly and repeat.

Exercise Tips
1. Keep your back straight.
2. Don’t lift your hips from the seat while
pulling.
3. Keep your muscles engaged while returning
to the initial position.
