00:00Welcome to Jesse Waters prime time tonight.
00:03Republicans are too chicken to negotiate.
00:07They're too chicken to negotiate in public.
00:09That's for damn sure.
00:10Democrats don't want to work.
00:12They want a sugar dead.
00:14Donald Trump and Republicans zip zero.
00:16Stingy with De Niro.
00:25Does the left have a God complex?
00:27You're evil people.
00:29You're not Christians.
00:31My name is Maybe.
00:32I'm running for state Senate in the heart of Los Angeles in East L.A.
00:35Happy DEI Thursday.
00:37Plus...
00:38I love when people put some thought into their outfit.
00:40Illegal alien.
00:41Illegal? Because of the color of my skin?
00:43You've been deported twice.
00:53Democrats just threw a shutdown party.
00:55Hakeem hosted it.
00:57Everybody on the hill got an invite.
00:59They filmed it.
01:00Thank God they filmed it.
01:02Raskin showed up with a wingman and was like, is this it?
01:07He just texted me.
01:10Oh, I think we're on.
01:12Hey, there we go.
01:14Here is now.
01:15Hello, Maxwell.
01:16Hello, Hakeem.
01:17Hey.
01:18Thank you for joining.
01:19It's all of you.
01:21And we're speaking live to the American people over the next 24 hours or so.
01:27Hips tried pulling off a Spartacus with a 24 hour shutdown live stream.
01:32But he couldn't talk that long.
01:33So he tagged other people in.
01:35The problem?
01:36No one could hear.
01:37You can't hear me?
01:39I just wanted to say we're here this morning.
01:43I can't hear anything.
01:44Can you hear me?
01:45I can hear you, Troy.
01:46I can hear you.
01:48And we're going to get that audio fixed.
01:52Hold on.
01:53We can't hear you.
01:54Hi, Congresswoman.
01:55Hi, Don.
01:56I just did not have my mic plugged in.
01:57Once everybody was in the door and they could hear each other, Grandma dug into her purse
02:09and passed around sweets.
02:11Jill was kind enough to bring some treats as we prepare ourselves.
02:16So there's tricks and there's treats.
02:18Yes.
02:19Yes.
02:20You can pull or you can choose.
02:24But we've got everything.
02:27And a gummy pineapple.
02:29That's a wasabi white rabbit.
02:32Wasabi white rabbit.
02:33Not everybody was able to get some wasabi white rabbit.
02:37Swalwell showed up.
02:39He traded Fang Fang in for a new boo thing and wanted to know, yo, where's MAGA at?
02:45You got me?
02:46Am I here?
02:47I'm out here.
02:48Hey, A.B., what's happening?
02:50Hey, Eric, how are you?
02:52I'm doing all right.
02:53How about you?
02:54I'm doing.
02:55I'm doing OK.
02:56All things considering.
02:57You know, I've been I've been at the Capitol today trying to figure out what's going on
03:02with the shutdown.
03:03Well, I'll tell you who you didn't see there.
03:05Who I didn't see.
03:06You didn't see a damn Republican.
03:08Not a damn one.
03:11You know, in America, there are 40 million registered Democrats.
03:16Guess how many were watching Hakeem's live stream.
03:2036.
03:21And one of those 36 was us.
03:24Not everyone showed.
03:25Not everyone showed.
03:26Shree did his own thing.
03:27Hi, friends.
03:29I'm getting ready to do a telephone town hall on the government shutdown and health care consequences.
03:39Join me at 855-905-3294.
03:40Thanks.
03:41They didn't show up to Hakeem's party or call into Shree's after hours hotline because they
03:51were all at a rager with Bernie.
03:54Hello, everybody.
03:55Thank you very much for joining us for what I think will be not only an interesting discussion,
04:01but something of enormous consequence.
04:04Here's the bottom line.
04:06In a few hours tonight at midnight, it is very likely that the United States government is
04:13going to shut down.
04:14Bernie's video had 100,000 viewers while hips just had a few dozen.
04:19Pocahontas showed up to the powwow.
04:22Van Hollen came through with margs.
04:24And AOC was even pre-gaming with Burndog in the park.
04:28Hey, everybody.
04:29I was walking here in Washington, D.C.
04:32And who did I bump into?
04:34One of my favorite members of the United States Congress, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
04:40And one of my favorite senators.
04:42A million Democrats watched Bernie and AOC.
04:45Bottom line, the country's like, Hakeem who?
04:49Almost half the country's never heard of Hakeem Jeffries.
04:52And the ones that have heard of him think he wears a sombrero.
04:57So now Hakeem's speaking Spanish.
05:00This year, they've done nothing.
05:03Zip, zero.
05:04Stingy with De Niro.
05:06DJ Jazzy Jeffries is just Kamala 2.0.
05:10The more he talks, the less people like him.
05:12Aunt Nancy was running out of gas like sleepy Joe.
05:15So she force fed him to the party.
05:17And then talk trash about him behind his back.
05:20Nancy says hips is a big head.
05:23And when the cameras are on though, Nance says hips don't lie.
05:27Democrats are united.
05:29Would you say?
05:30I think so.
05:31We were in our caucus just so proud of our leader, Hakeem Jeffries, going in there making
05:37the case for the people.
05:40She sounds like Jill Biden when she told Joe he did a good job at the debate.
05:44Remember, we're so proud of you.
05:46You knew all the facts.
05:48The party elders can barely keep it together.
05:51And Democrats are tired of respecting their elders.
05:54Boomers like Schumer are shutting down the government.
05:56Because millennials like AOC are jerking him around like he's on a leash.
06:01They're negotiating with Representative Ocasio-Cortez because she's nipping at his heels.
06:07And so the American people are being held hostage by Chuck Schumer's poll numbers.
06:14Schumer's on thin ice.
06:15And the base has never heard of Hakeem.
06:17Bernie and AOC are about to take the party over.
06:20And they better make a move because everyone's moving to Trump's party.
06:24The White House was live streaming too.
06:26Clips of Democrats saying we can't shut down the government on loop.
06:30Hundreds of thousands watched.
06:32The White House says we're absolutely smoking them for lack of a better term.
06:37Trump put Chuck in a hot dog bun and gave Hakeem a sombrero.
06:41And Democrats are posting cat videos like the internet just got invented.
06:46Democrat kitties want you to have health care.
06:49Republican kitties do not.
06:50Republican kitties control the Senate, House, and the White House.
06:53So they're using that to cut your health care and give money to billionaires.
06:57We were posting cat videos in 1999.
07:00What are they doing?
07:02Trump's blasting mariachi music in the press room.
07:06They were playing that mariachi music as well over the loudspeakers for all the press that was coming in and out of the White House today inside the press briefing room.
07:13Instead of backing off or apologizing for it, they're leaning into it.
07:17They simply don't care about that criticism.
07:18CNN's waking up and realizing they don't matter.
07:22No one cares what CNN says anymore about anything.
07:25No one's watching them.
07:27And what's racist about mariachi music?
07:30It's Hispanic Heritage Month.
07:32No one's offended.
07:34Only tampon.
07:35This is really dangerous and it's really hard.
07:38And I cannot express to you the concern and the absolute bafflement and fear of our European allies asking me, is this stuff really going on?
07:47Our European allies are calling Trump daddy.
07:49King Charles just hosted a slumber party at Windsor Castle.
07:53And what's dangerous about a joke?
07:56Calling us fascists and shooting us?
07:59That's dangerous.
08:01A little less dangerous, but still a big problemo.
08:04Spending billions of dollars on health care for illegals.
08:07A couple of Democrats admitted that's what they're doing.
08:10The others keep claiming it's a lie.
08:12Maybe this will jog their memory.
08:15Raise your hand if your government plan would provide coverage for undocumented immigrants.
08:21I saw Biden's hand go up.
08:26This is how CNN covered it in 2019.
08:29Democrats want to offer free health care to undocumented immigrants.
08:33And this is how CNN's covering it today.
08:35Fact check.
08:36Trump falsely claims Democrats want to give free health care to illegal aliens in government shutdown battle.
08:41Illegal aliens get free health care.
08:44Biden made sure of it.
08:45It's not even debatable.
08:47Well, I guess only on CNN.
08:49People who are in the country illegally cannot get these subsidies.
08:53Sure they can.
08:54Sure they can.
08:55No, they can't.
08:56No, they can't.
08:57It's federal law, Scott.
08:58Who do you think?
08:59Who do you think pays when they go to the emergency room?
09:01It's the Medicaid emergency program.
09:03They also can't register to vote.
09:04But we just found one in Maryland who was running the Des Moines school system.
09:07Oh my God.
09:08One.
09:09I mean, I'm telling you, you guys say these things can't happen and then they happen.
09:12Democrats are throwing shutdown parties and then lying about why they shut it down.
09:17Trump tried to give him a deal and a hat and they said no.
09:21Not so young Sheldon accidentally showed his cards.
09:24Watch.
09:25We'd rather negotiate with you after you've given away your leverage.
09:29Hmm.
09:30This has to be the dumbest slate of Democrats Washington has ever seen.
09:35The art of war says you never attack from a position of weakness.
09:39And the Democrats have never been this weak.
09:42They have no leverage, no leadership, and no air cover.
09:46And they're asking Donald Trump, who ran and won on fighting illegal immigration,
09:52to give $200 billion of free health care to illegal immigrants.
09:56That's like Democrats shutting down the government until Reagan agrees to surrender to the Soviets.
10:03Not going to happen.
10:05As the White House says, it's almost Friday.
10:09Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich joins me now.
10:12I guarantee, Mr. Speaker, this is probably the most entertaining government shutdown you've ever witnessed.
10:19I have never seen anyone put it together the way you just did.
10:26I mean, it's just now it's accurate, but it's hysterical.
10:29And I think you've captured exactly.
10:32This may be the dumbest strategy that I have seen in a long time.
10:37There are two things the American people want.
10:40Do not close the government and do not raise spending.
10:43So what do the Democrats do?
10:45They say, I'm going to close the government until you raise spending.
10:49That's a double negative.
10:50Do you know how hard it is for a major party to design a strategy that has two different stupid things in the same strategy?
10:58Well, who's designing this strategy?
11:00I mean, who's doing this?
11:02Is it Hakeem?
11:03Is it Nancy?
11:04Is it AOC?
11:05Is it Schumer?
11:06No one knows who's in charge.
11:07Do you want my personally totally uninformed guests?
11:11Yes.
11:12There are three or four guys and gals.
11:16I don't want to be discriminatory.
11:17Off in a corner at the DNC who, when they have enough cocaine, finally say, we're ready.
11:25Now let's do something brilliant.
11:27And they come up with stuff like that.
11:29There's no one.
11:30You show me a better explanation.
11:31I mean, it doesn't make any sense.
11:33How long can this last?
11:35They're holding out for illegal alien health care.
11:40Well, first of all, it's a little bit like watching Putin as the entire world gradually
11:46rallies against him and he can't figure out this is not a good idea.
11:50You have first.
11:51I think the key thing here to remember is you have Hakeem Jeffries from New York City.
11:57And I think and you have Chuck Schumer from New York City, a place so radical.
12:02They're about to elect a man who is a clearly big government socialist with weird values.
12:08It's Mondami.
12:09Now, these guys live in a little bowl.
12:12And Chuck, of course, is running like crazy because AOC is about to beat him in the primary because he's not left enough, young enough, tough enough and all the other enoughs.
12:21So they're sitting around going, we're going to have to prove we're tough.
12:25Let's why don't we pick a place to fight because we're going to really fight a little bit like watching the thing you said with the governor of Minnesota, who I think is probably the least qualified person on the planet to talk about anything rational.
12:38So what do they do?
12:40They say, you know, we got them.
12:42We're going to get Trump and we'll get the Republicans because we're going to stand firm.
12:47Meanwhile, in what has been, I think, a two or three month planning process, you have Speaker Johnson with Trump's help passing a totally clean.
12:57Continuing resolution, no policy fights, nothing totally clean.
13:02Then you have John Thune, majority leader in the Senate, pick up a totally clean thing and they can't help themselves.
13:10They go, I got to run jump off the cliff anyway.
13:12I don't care what it is.
13:13Now, I did notice as the votes have continued, three Democrats are now siding with the Republicans.
13:19Right.
13:20I think another two or three days of this, they may actually get up to eight, at which point it'll be over.
13:25But it is really one of the dumbest moments in party history, certainly in the last 30 or 40 years.
13:31Didn't we shut down the government in the 90s?
13:34What happened back then?
13:35I remember Lewinsky delivered.
13:36I did that.
13:37Yeah.
13:38We're.
13:39No, you're talking about.
13:40What happened there?
13:41You're talking to the guy who did it.
13:42Yeah.
13:43What happened there?
13:44We shut it for.
13:45Very simple.
13:46We shut it for five days to get their attention.
13:48We shut it for 10, 29 days over Christmas and New Year's.
13:51But we said to the entire country, we are doing this to get to a balanced budget.
13:55And we did get the only four balanced budgets in the last 100 years.
13:59So the country said, oh, they're really serious.
14:02And it's something I want.
14:03Now, these guys are in the opposite position.
14:05The country doesn't want to give billions to illegal immigrants.
14:08The country doesn't want to give billions to guys who won't go to work.
14:11The country doesn't want to give billions to people who are, in fact, crooks.
14:14So the Democrats are jumping up and saying, if I yell health care, you'll be too stupid
14:19to know what I'm doing.
14:20Right.
14:21And if I decide I'm going to stop the government, you won't figure out I did it.
14:24This is the shoes.
14:25This is literally I think you have to start with the idea.
14:28This is the Schumer shutdown.
14:30That's what this is about.
14:32And they're not going to get away from it.
14:34All right.
14:35Well, eventually the people in the back room will run out of cocaine.
14:38And then finally, we can negotiate this thing away.
14:40Speaker Gingrich, great to have you on as always.
14:42We really appreciate it.
14:44Take care.
14:45Outkick founder Clay Travis is here.
14:48You're not wearing a sombrero, but is that offensive?
14:53Is it racist to wear a sombrero?
14:56I hope not, because this could be my Halloween costume.
15:00And I guess I'm going to be in real trouble if it is.
15:03You're going to be Hakeem Jeffries for Halloween.
15:06Yeah.
15:07Congrats to you, by the way.
15:08I did not see the cocaine comment coming from Newt Gingrich right there.
15:12I mean, I was sitting waiting to come on.
15:14And I don't know how you kept a straight face there.
15:16I would point out Newt Gingrich was around in the 90s.
15:20One thing that we found out was when he shut down the government, Monica Lewinsky became Bill Clinton's top assistant in the Oval Office.
15:28And we know what happened from that, because that might be the most lasting impact other than the balanced budget in terms of a lot of people's memories was what exactly went on there.
15:38Have you seen these cat videos the Democrats are pumping out?
15:41I thought they had game.
15:42Yes.
15:43I've never seen I've never seen something so sad.
15:48The biggest issue that Democrats have, aside from being wrong on every single issue, which is, to be fair, a big issue.
15:55They're huge dork losers.
15:57I mean, they all are.
15:59I mean, Hakeem Jeffries, Chuck Schumer, these are their leaders.
16:04I mean, these are.
16:05Would you want to have a beer with Hakeem Jeff?
16:07First of all, I doubt Hakeem Jeffries would even go out for a beer, right?
16:11I don't know.
16:12Chuck Schumer, we saw when he tried to throw the barbecue and he looked like an alien, like he had never actually had a hamburger in his whole life.
16:19These are just super weird, not normal people who are desperately afraid of losing the minimal amount of power they have.
16:27And I have to say, Jesse, one of the things I expected more of when I started talking about politics was I thought these people were smarter and braver than they actually are.
16:34Most of them are ignorant morons.
16:36And I think Trump has learned that.
16:38And it's why he keeps slapping all these losers around.
16:41I mean, how can you believe how dumb these people are and like how pathetic they are?
16:45No.
16:46I always grew up really respecting politicians and thinking they had game and strategy and principles and like some policy chops.
16:53These are like the most pathetic group of people you've ever seen.
16:56I cannot believe they have power.
16:58They have power.
16:59I can't believe they have control over our country, over our lives, over pretty much anything.
17:04If they weren't politicians, they'd have no career.
17:07Why is it that in Washington you can take such a loser and make them so powerful?
17:14What you hit on is so incredibly important.
17:17There are some small number of politicians who have had success in other things in their life.
17:23And then to their credit, they decide to give back to the country because they want to try to build something better.
17:29But unfortunately, there are a ton of people who could never have success in any other field that somehow end up representing all of us and doing an awful job.
17:39I remember when my wife turned to me at one point and she said, boy, I really thought you were a moron.
17:45I've been married 20 years.
17:47She was like, you would be one of the smartest politicians that has ever existed in either party.
17:51And I was like, that's not really an endorsement of me.
17:54It's just that they're not very good.
17:55I mean, you also sold your company for like a bazillion dollars.
17:58So I hope your wife takes that back.
18:00You're much you're much smarter than you look.
18:03Clay Travis.
18:04Great.
18:05Yeah, that's not a high standard.
18:07Good jacket tonight.
18:09We really respect it.
18:11Appreciate you all.
18:12My next guest infiltrated an Antifa terror cell right back.
18:19Antifa is getting the terrorist treatment.
18:21Their umbrellas are useless and their bank accounts getting drained.
18:25Their main source of cash, the International Anti-Fascist Defense Fund, a.k.a. their sugar daddy.
18:31They're cutting them off.
18:32Quote, as a precaution, we have shut down the donation infrastructure for the International Anti-Fascist Defense Fund to protect our donors and recipients.
18:41Protect donors from what?
18:44Probably the FBI.
18:45That's a win.
18:46But this is just Antifa's preseason.
18:49The Trantifa tush push is still coming.
18:52And the transsexual hurricanes are brewing.
18:55Not my words.
18:56That's what they say they do in training camp.
18:58How do you stop a transsexual hurricane?
19:01Don't try driving through it.
19:02This lady's trying to get through the streets.
19:14They're not letting her through.
19:16They're not letting her through.
19:20That's the privilege right there, baby.
19:22Back up!
19:23Let's go!
19:25Sink or swim champ Nick Shirley caught up with that woman.
19:30What's your message to these protesters, ma'am?
19:33Get a job.
19:34Get a job.
19:35Credit to Shirley.
19:37He's been on the front lines, risking it all.
19:40Respect.
19:41He's getting the goods.
19:43They're all out here drinking at night.
19:45They're all getting drunk.
19:46They're all on drugs.
19:47All the Antifa members go to his house and they have parties.
19:53They get drunk.
19:55This is what they do.
19:56They pay them to come out.
19:57They pay homeless people to get drunk out here.
20:00So it's an organization.
20:02We're also learning more about Antifa's roots.
20:05They're not just homegrown in Portland.
20:07They have terror cells in big blue cities.
20:10Meet Joseph Sanchez, L.A. raised and now Antifa foot soldier.
20:15Sanchez made the trip to Portland and tried to square up with the feds.
20:19Then he spray painted ice his driveway red.
20:22Sanchez effed around and found out.
20:24He got a Portland perp walk in front of the Trantifa tribe.
20:28When Sanchez got to the precinct, he trembled like Bambi.
20:33Here's the before and after.
20:44Aye, aye, aye.
20:46Someone call mommy.
20:48Other terrorists are lighting up hats.
20:50Not sombreros, MAGA hats.
20:52Turning Point USA, this is what we have to say to you.
20:56You think Charlie Kirk deserves to die?
20:58Yes or no?
20:59That's the point.
21:00Honestly, he's kind of a fascist, so I would say yes.
21:02What's your message to the right wing?
21:04F*** him.
21:06Prime Time did some investigating.
21:08That old man burning the hat.
21:10He's a BLM transplant from the Floyd days.
21:13And the Antifa movement's growing.
21:15So big, Malujan ditched the border and booked a room in Portland.
21:19He got a tour of ICE headquarters.
21:21On the roof, snipers get warmed up before the sun goes down.
21:25On the inside, it's the ICE situation room.
21:28They've got a flag hung up.
21:30Agents snagged it during a midnight brawl with militants.
21:33Arab Spring Breakers scribbled Free Palestine on it.
21:36And now it's hung up as motivation.
21:38Their boss tells Malujan it's been May Day for months.
21:42I can tell you here there's something been going on every night since June.
21:47It's been like over 100 days straight.
21:49Actually, it's, I can't even count how many numbers of days that we've had constant protests,
21:55constant people outside.
21:57We've had bottle rockets launched at our folks.
22:01Locals are frustrated too.
22:04They just want their city back.
22:06They're ruining the whole community.
22:08The school got shut down.
22:11Just built people who are afraid to come out of their houses here.
22:14I want the beds here.
22:15I want the tanks and the, you know.
22:18I'm just sick of it, man.
22:20So you want the feds to come through here and get rid of all these protests?
22:22Hell yes.
22:23Yeah.
22:24I want to have my community back.
22:26Half the people who live here are afraid to come outside.
22:30Joining us now, an insider, Eric, who was part of Antifa for 10 years.
22:35He's disguised himself to protect his life.
22:37All right.
22:38So, Eric, how'd you get roped into the whole Antifa thing?
22:42Hey, Jesse.
22:43How you doing?
22:44It started when I was young.
22:46I got in through working with different groups like the ARA, Cop Watch, Food Not Bombs, the punk rock movement and stuff when I was younger growing up in Seattle.
22:59Probably about ninth grade or so is when I started.
23:02What did they have you doing in ninth grade?
23:05You know, mostly recruiting, working with youth, getting, you know, and just going out, spitting out the message.
23:15And the thing is, too, you know, a lot of people get into it because they want to, you know.
23:19So, you know, there's an error, especially when you're younger, that, you know, you're out here and you're doing something, you know, and that's very appealing.
23:28So, was violence like the core mission of the movement?
23:35At that age, I thought it was a perk, yeah.
23:38So, you got a kick out of it.
23:40Oh, for sure.
23:42And that's kind of how you recruited.
23:44Like, you know, hey, come join this crew.
23:47We're going to have some fun, get into some trouble, blow off some steam.
23:52Oh, absolutely.
23:55You know, because, you know, you're young and you're idealistic and you feel like you don't have a lot of control in your life.
24:03And, you know, so if you can go out there and, you know, make yourself a hassle, then that's better than being an anonymous, you know, kid.
24:15That's true.
24:16So, I mean, what kind of violence were you guys getting into?
24:20Like explosives or vandalism or what?
24:25Yeah.
24:26So, it would have been about ninth grade or so.
24:31Get on a few years.
24:34Growing up in Seattle, we had the riots in 99.
24:38And, yeah, I was ready to go, man.
24:42I had little Molotov cocktails in my bedroom and a copy of the anarchist cookbook that I had photoshopped or photocopied at the time from a friend of mine's older brother, you know.
24:55Like, you know, it was it was just at the time, you know, like, oh, this is just a good time.
25:01And it's only later on that you get more involved with the ideas, the philosophies, the, you know, direct action ideologies that go deeper into, you know, later on becoming like a full blown anarcho communist and syndicalist.
25:22So, what does that mean?
25:25What was the ideology?
25:26Full blown communism?
25:27I mean, a lot of it is.
25:29So, a lot of it is, you know, these are accelerationism.
25:34It's not the slow march to the institutions.
25:37It is, you know, we want this and we want it now.
25:41And one of the reasons that I got out of it is probably around 2014, 15, we started seeing groups come up to Seattle and Portland from California.
25:59And they were much more like, hey, you know, you better get in line with this.
26:04You know, and if you're not, there's consequences and there's pressure.
26:09So, you were being forced to take violent action or else you might have been hurt?
26:15Agitators clash with police arrests made as a clergy member descended on Newark ice facility.
26:26Democrats stormed Delaney Hall last week.
26:30Dozens of clergy members protested outside an ice facility in Newark, New Jersey on Monday saying they would continue to block the gate, accessing the facility until they are arrested.
26:42The group is composed of roughly 50 clergy members from Faith in New Jersey and Faith in Action.
26:49They linked arms outside the main gate of Delaney Hall detention center as they chanted and sang songs.
26:55Several speakers also said prayers for the inmates inside the facility and condemned their detention.
27:02The clergy members said they have volunteered to be arrested and that they will attempt to enter the ice facility.
27:09An ambulance turned away from entering a gated area that the protesters were blocking on Monday because authorities feared the protesters might rush in if the gate were opened.
27:23One protester told Fox News nobody called the ambulance, calling a tactic to get them to move.
27:30There was no danger there, he said. We're not going to be moved. We'll be here as long as it takes until the people start to realize this is not acceptable.
27:40By around 5pm events began to flare up as the employers of the facility attempted to drive out of the gated area.
27:47Police moved protesters out of the way, though the protesters would resist and oppose the being touched.
27:53At least two protesters were arrested by Newark police during the event.
27:59Newark Public Safety Director Emmanuel Miranda said the two individuals who were arrested faced obstruction and resisting arrest charges.
28:08One officer suffered a minor laceration to the arm due to the incident.
28:12Though he will remain on duty, no other injuries were reported.
28:16In response to Fox News's reporting on the event on Monday, Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Trichikam McCarlin asked who do they want released from Delaney Hall?
28:29The child rapists, the murderers, drug traffickers, MS-13 gang members or non-terrorists?
28:35This was a cheap political stunt by the Democrats and by these protesters.
28:40She said, we're not having it. They put law enforcement officers at risk.
28:44They put our staff in the facility at risk and put detainees at risk.
28:48You saw that they didn't even let an ambulance through.
28:51This is not something that this administration is going to pull up with.
28:54And that's part of the reason that this mayor was arrested.
28:57You can't just storm a detention facility and assault law enforcement officers with impunity.
29:03Mcnolan's comments come after the ICE director told Fox News that 75% of the detainees at the facility have either committed a crime,
29:14are convicted of a crime or have pending criminal charges.
29:18Recent polling shows an overwhelming majority of Americans, 83%, support deporting at least some illegal immigrants,
29:26according to the Pew Research Center.
29:28Roughly 32% of Americans say they support deporting all illegal immigrants,
29:33and of those who only support deporting some,
29:3597% are in favour of removing any who have committed violent crimes.
29:40A trio of Democratic lawmakers who participated in the storming of Delaney Hall last week
29:46doubled down on their actions last week, arguing the Trump administration is weaponising law enforcement.
29:52The protest comes days after Democratic lawmakers and protesters on Friday stormed the gate of the facility.
30:02Meanwhile, Mcnolan has said the detention sentence is housing murderers, terrorists, child rapists and ever 13 gang members.
30:10The Department of Homeland Security posted on social media about the identities of several inmates.
30:17The allegations by Newark politicians that Delaney does not have proper permitting is false.
30:25Meet who the New Jersey lawmakers are fighting for, the DHS wrote.
30:29Reps Lamonica McCliff, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez, all Democrats from New Jersey,
30:38made the comments during a joint appearance on CNN's State of the Union on Sunday.
30:43Kiosk ensured when someone on the phone above the leaders of ICE who were with us at that facility
30:51instructed them to go out of the facility, go to the private property,
30:55and lock the mayor of the largest city in the state of New Jersey up, Coleman said.
31:00That's absurd. That's un-American. That's scary. That's determination to intimidate people in the country, she added,
31:10claiming the administration is lying at all levels.
31:13Newark mayor Ras Baraka was also present and was arrested and charged with trespassing.
31:19Authorities claim an ICE agent was assaulted in a confrontation which was caught on camera.
31:25See you later.
