00:00Welcome to Jesse Waters' prime time tonight.
00:03What person was killed and two others hurt after a shoot or opened fire on an ice facility in Dallas?
00:08Immigration agents, they are just on edge after investigators say they were being targeted.
00:14Are Democrats inciting a rebellion?
00:17The masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing.
00:21I mean, by definition, you're going to push back.
00:23The president of the United States made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds of people who work here fired from our jobs because he can't take a joke.
00:33Jimmy Kimmel?
00:34Yeah.
00:35Was that an apology?
00:37He tried, did his best to cancel me. Instead, he forced millions of people to watch the show.
00:42I didn't appreciate how much people wanted to know there was a difference between me and President Biden.
00:50I thought it was obvious.
00:51Kamala Harris having a grand old time, burning it all down.
00:57Plus.
00:59Not good. Not good. Not good. Not good.
01:12Fox News alert. Ice under attack again.
01:15At the crack of dawn, a sniper fired multiple rounds at an ice facility in Dallas.
01:19Rounds hit a nice van. Two illegals were hit. One is dead.
01:24The sniper is Joshua John. He's 29.
01:28Here's a picture from 2015.
01:30He opened fire from a nearby building.
01:33It was a miracle an ice agent wasn't killed.
01:36You know, I know so many of those officers and agents down there.
01:39That's where I started my career.
01:40The windows that they show is my old office.
01:43So whoever was sitting in my old chair had to, you know, duck under the desk.
01:46The shooter committed suicide after the attack.
01:50The FBI says there was an ideological motive to the rampage.
01:54He scrawled messages on his bullets.
01:58Early evidence that we've seen from rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti-ice in nature.
02:09The sniper had anti-ice carved into the shell casings.
02:14But the media says no one knows the motive.
02:17Maybe the gunman was a comedian.
02:20You can't just assume by that what was written on that shell casing that that's necessarily his motivation.
02:27You know, he could have been doing that to, you know, thinking it was funny trying to put law enforcement on the wrong track.
02:34Well, ICE says it was a clear attack on ICE.
02:39And the director of the ICE facility doesn't think it's funny.
02:43The rhetoric has to stop.
02:46There are people out there who are seeing what is being placed online.
02:52And they're coming and they're doing acts of violence against ICE employees.
02:56So that's kind of all I have for today is that it's just got to stop.
03:02It's dangerous.
03:04And people are losing their lives.
03:06Just a month ago, the same exact ICE facility got bomb threats.
03:10And another Texas ICE facility just a few months ago was fired on by Trantifa.
03:15They baited agents and launched a sophisticated attack with military precision.
03:20We've seen riots outside of ICE buildings in L.A., Portland and Illinois.
03:25Just yesterday, Antifa stormed an ICE facility in Oregon with homemade weapons.
03:31Do you see a pattern?
03:33MSNBC says ICE are the ones who should tone it down.
03:37We have seen just the rhetoric escalate.
03:41We've also seen very dramatic videos of ICE nabbing individuals and tossing them into unmarked vehicles.
03:49A lot of these ICE agents have been masked.
03:51And so it has been very divisive.
03:54And there's been a lot of fear in the different communities where we've been reporting.
03:58ICE has been divisive.
04:00They're doing what the country voted for.
04:03They're enforcing immigration laws that Congress wrote.
04:06That's called democracy.
04:08Attacks on ICE are up over 800 percent.
04:10And our politicians are egging it on.
04:12Donald Trump's modern-day Gestapo is scooping folks up off the streets.
04:18They're in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons.
04:22Secret police who are masked, who are intimidating, who are scaring people.
04:28These Gestapo-like tactics.
04:30It does look like a Gestapo operation.
04:33It does look like the Gestapo.
04:35When you keep calling federal agents Nazis, crazies are going to treat them like Nazis and shoot them.
04:42Last night, Gavin Newsom gave the crazies the green light.
04:45Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process, no oversight, zero accountability.
04:54Happening in the United States of America today.
04:56People ask, well, is authoritarianism, you're being hyperbolic?
05:00Bullshit, we're being hyperbolic.
05:01Some guy jumped out of an unmarked car in a van with a mask on, tried to grab me?
05:05I mean, by definition, you're going to push back.
05:07The governor of California is calling on the people to push back against the so-called dictator's secret police.
05:14And the next day, a gunman sprays bullets into that police facility.
05:18The governor feels no responsibility for the words that come out of his mouth.
05:22He's not saying march peacefully and patriotically against ICE.
05:27When they lie about who they're arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement,
05:33what they're doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence.
05:37If your political redolence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to hell and you have no place in the political conversation.
05:45Democrats call ICE the Gestapo and then they get shot at and they're divisive.
05:50They did the same thing with Charlie Kirk.
05:52They said Kirk had it who should be working with ICE to get bad hombres out of the communities
05:57or trying to unmask them so they get doxed and harassed.
06:02It's like a dystopian sci-fi movie.
06:04Unmarked cars, people in masks, people quite literally disappearing.
06:11No due process, no rights, no rights enough to ICE unmask.
06:17What are you afraid of?
06:19What are you afraid of?
06:21Last week, the governor signed a bill to force ICE agents to expose their faces to cameras and cartels.
06:27The man mandated masks to stop the spread of a virus, but wants to remove masks so we can't stop the spread of migrants.
06:36Some of these politicians deny ICE attacks are even happening.
06:40Johnny was in D.C. this summer.
06:42Watch.
06:42Do you condemn the attacks on ICE agents?
06:47What attacks on ICE agents?
06:49I also condemn ICE being masked, coming up in unmarked vehicles, terrorizing our communities, kidnapping people.
06:57I condemn that too.
06:58I condemn both.
06:59Did you wear a mask in 2020?
07:00Did I wear a mask in 2020 during the pandemic?
07:03Yeah.
07:04Isn't that the same thing?
07:05No.
07:05You've got to protect yourself.
07:07No, it's not the same thing.
07:08Don't wear masks in our community.
07:09You're terrorizing women.
07:11Real men don't terrorize women.
07:12Did you wear a mask in 2020?
07:14Look, for health reasons, I'm not a cop.
07:16So, like, whatever cute gotcha you think you have there.
07:19They're protecting themselves.
07:20But, look, do you know anyone who gets more threats than me?
07:22These ICE agents aren't getting more threats than me.
07:24Jesse Waters probably gets a little more threats.
07:26Well, Jesse Waters, not a real man.
07:28These politicians have around-the-clock security.
07:30Armed guards, drivers, a bubble around them so that people can't get close.
07:35What do these officers have?
07:36Nothing.
07:37They go home to their families in a residential neighborhood with no gates
07:41and an address in the white pages.
07:44Politicians with protection are inciting violence against officers with none.
07:48You don't think the threats are real?
07:50Tom Homan's been forced out of his home.
07:52I have a 24-7 security detail because of the threats against me.
07:58I don't live with my family because I don't want them around danger as much as I can.
08:07So, you know, it's tough.
08:09But I'm not going away.
08:11I'm not shutting up.
08:12I'm going to continue fighting to make this country great agreement.
08:15Democrats have declared war.
08:18Not my words, theirs.
08:20We're at a war right now to save this country.
08:23And so you have to be willing to do whatever is necessary in order to save the country.
08:28Think about how they're programming people.
08:30They're at war.
08:31And they have to win by any means necessary.
08:34That ICE is the president's Nazi Gestapo.
08:36And if they don't push back, democracy's dead.
08:39I fear that we will not have an election in 2028.
08:44I really mean that.
08:45In the core of my soul, unless we wake up to the code red, what's happening in this country.
08:52You know what happened when Jack Nicholson ordered a code red?
08:55They beat someone to death.
08:56Code red.
08:57I did the job.
08:58Did you order the code red?
08:59You're good.
09:00Right, I did.
09:01Then tried to shoot him again.
09:03Burnt down the governor's mansion in Pennsylvania.
09:05shot up Christian schools and ICE facilities, shot up an ABC affiliate,
09:09planted bombs under a Fox truck, and assassinated Charlie Kirk.
09:13Even they're admitting they have a problem.
09:16The Atlantic says left-wing terrorism is on the rise.
09:20That's the Atlantic.
09:2126% of voters say Charlie getting shot on campus was understandable.
09:26Whose side do you think they're on?
09:28Charlie got killed.
09:30And hostile liberals are still harassing conservatives on campus.
09:34One guy tried debating HBCU students.
09:38He got mobbed.
09:39That conservative needed a police escort to leave campus.
10:04Kimmel lost his job for four days, and they said free speech was under attack.
10:09Charlie Kirk was killed for exercising free speech, and they said he had it coming.
10:14They say we need more civil debate, and we need to be more civil.
10:19So when we try to engage in civilized debate, they chase us off campus.
10:24Now the freedom of the press is under attack.
10:26But when it's conservative press, the media is silent.
10:30Here's a reporter getting swarmed outside the U.N.
10:33Watch.
10:34Like that.
10:35Charlie Kirk.
10:36Why would I say that?
10:37Why would I say that?
10:38He's racist.
10:39No, he's not.
10:40Yes, he is.
10:40No, he's not.
10:41Well, look at you.
10:42Look at you.
10:43Look at you.
10:45He's not black.
10:46What is it?
10:47Get it.
10:47Get it.
10:48Get it.
10:49Get it.
10:49Get it.
10:49You want to play?
10:50Hey, hey, stop it.
10:51Stop it.
10:52Get off.
10:53Get off.
10:54Get off.
10:56Eh, that looks civil.
10:58Hillary says the rhetoric has to stop, and we agree, but she says not from her, from you.
11:04We have got to stop demonizing each other.
11:06Exactly.
11:06Now, I think most of that right now in our country's history is coming, you know, from the right.
11:12You know, we have got to stop with the finger pointing and the scapegoating.
11:17And Hillary called half the country deplorables and irredeemable, despicable Neanderthals.
11:22He needed to be deprogrammed and have their First and Second Amendment stripped.
11:27What is the right said about Hillary that Bill hasn't already said?
11:31And it's not like men in MAGA hats are shooting up Planned Parenthoods and Hollywood celebrities
11:35or journalists or politicians.
11:37No one on the right is acting on the language we're using.
11:41On the left, they are.
11:43And it's starting to feel like that's the Democrats' strategy.
11:47Intimidate us into shutting our mouths.
11:50They're using bullets to bully us into political submission.
11:53It kind of feels like they know what they're doing.
11:57Political violence has gotten out of control in this country.
12:01We've got to stop it.
12:02We've got to condemn it.
12:03And that starts, unfortunately, at the very top of the Democratic Party.
12:07If you want to stop political violence, stop attacking our law enforcement as the Gestapo.
12:13If you want to stop political violence, stop telling your supporters that everybody who
12:18disagrees with you is a Nazi.
12:20If you want to stop political violence, look in the mirror.
12:24And if they're not going to look in the mirror and stop triggering their crazies to shoot us,
12:30stab us, and blow up our cars, then we're going to have to crack down.
12:34We can't sit back and not defend ourselves.
12:37It's open season on us.
12:39And if we're not going to save ourselves, who else are we going to save?
12:44Host of Tim Kass, Tim Poole, joins me now.
12:47How hot is it right out there now, these days?
12:54We, I've also got very serious, the threat level was so great.
12:58My, my team instructed me not to travel.
13:00I was unable to go to the memorial for Charlie Kirk, but
13:03make sure this is clear as it pertains to Jimmy Kimmel.
13:12The initial reporting was that advertisers and affiliates were upset.
13:16Sinclair said they wanted to bring the temperature down.
13:19None of that has changed.
13:20Sinclair and Nextdoor are still saying they will preempt his show.
13:22As far as we know, advertisers are still upset.
13:25So what made the difference that brought his show back?
13:28Well, this is a little bit of speculation, but there was a terror attack on ABC affiliate
13:32in Sacramento by what is reported to be a Democrat who opened fire on the building.
13:38And it's been reported by the New York Post that Sinclair pulled their Charlie Kirk memorial
13:42because of terroristic threats against ABC affiliates.
13:45So I agree with you.
13:46It's open season on people who are standing up, speaking out or supporting Trump.
13:50But the left is also attacking regular people to force their will.
13:54And I think it's because they recognized Donald Trump won the popular vote.
13:58Normal people have spoken and they're not tolerating their strange policies that are destroying
14:03this country anymore.
14:04I'm afraid an ICE agent's going to get shot.
14:06I'm afraid they're going to shoot him in cold blood.
14:10They're going to put a gun right to his head.
14:12And that's what's next.
14:13They're not going to just sit on rooftops and fire rifles.
14:16I feel like we're going to see blood in the streets if this continues to go the way it's
14:20going.
14:22I think we have, especially with Charlie Kirk.
14:25It was horrifying.
14:26And, you know, I want to make a point because, Jesse, I was watching The Five earlier and we
14:29hear this a lot from liberals that these studies show the right is more responsible.
14:34But this is a trick.
14:36I don't think you and I have any problem condemning some fringe white supremacist.
14:40That has nothing to do with what we believe or what we support.
14:42No one in the mainstream Republican Party is going to defend those guys.
14:46But the person who shot Charlie Kirk, his ideology was so in line with the Democratic
14:50Party that AOC went on the floor of the House and denounced Charlie Kirk in much the same
14:56language.
14:57This is what we are seeing from run of the mill, moderate Democrats.
15:01That's actually what has me more concerned.
15:03Yeah.
15:03And the leadership, it says nothing.
15:05Hakeem's out to lunch.
15:06Pelosi's out to lunch.
15:08Schumer doesn't even know what's going on.
15:09And that's the real problem, because the crazies have now taken over.
15:14All right, Tim, stay safe.
15:15Good to talk to you.
15:17Let's bring in Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
15:19Governor, you see Gavin Newsom on the late night talk shows doxing or trying to get ICE
15:24agents doxed, trying to get them unmasked.
15:27I mean, how reckless are we getting now?
15:32Well, this is a governor, Jesse, who is saying that he does not want ICE agents to put masks
15:38on, and they're doing that for their safety, because there's a threat to them and their
15:42family out there, as we saw with the shooting today and the threats that come in daily to
15:46them.
15:46But this is the same governor who forced two-year-olds to wear masks during COVID, and he wielded
15:53executive power to muzzle people.
15:56And so I think he thinks that he just has ultimate power to do this.
15:59But what his rhetoric is doing, what his actions, what other supposedly mainstream politicians
16:06in the Democratic Party have done, is to put a target on the back of our ICE agents, because
16:12they're demonizing them.
16:13They're comparing them to things like the Gestapo.
16:16And so that ends up creating an environment where people like this are going to act.
16:22So we've set the marker down in Florida.
16:25Don't even think about it.
16:27But we are going to obviously defend our state and local law enforcement.
16:31But we are there, right there with our DHS partners.
16:36And if you go after and target them, we're going to bring down a ton of bricks on you.
16:41And you're not going to want to do that in the state of Florida.
16:43When you hear the governor say push back, or when you hear Senator Murphy say we're at war,
16:49you know, Walt saying that these guys are the Gestapo, do you think that's kind of like a
16:53wink and the nod to the crazy base to maybe do something about it?
16:59Well, I think what they're doing is they're basically just rejecting the constitutional system
17:05and the results of elections.
17:07Because remember, their president, Joe Biden, opened the border.
17:10It was tremendously unpopular.
17:13Communities were overwhelmed.
17:16We talked about it on your network so many times.
17:19Donald Trump ran against the open border.
17:21He said he was going to enforce the law.
17:25The American people elected him overwhelmingly against Kamala Harris to do this.
17:30And so what these ICE agents are doing is they are enforcing federal law.
17:35We are a country.
17:36We have borders.
17:37That matters.
17:38That means you have to secure the border, which has been done very well.
17:41But it also means you have to do interior enforcement.
17:44And so they reserve all their uniform and just doing what the law commands them to do.
17:52Yeah, they actually have Marguerite.
17:54Governor, thank you so much for joining us.
17:56And you too, stay safe.
17:57It was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man.
18:15I don't think there's anything funny about it.
18:23I posted a message on Instagram on the day he was killed, sending love to his family and
18:28asking for compassion.
18:29And I meant it.
18:30I still do.
18:31Nor was it my intention to blame any specific group for the actions of what it was obviously
18:37a deeply disturbed individual.
18:39Is that good enough?
18:40This wasn't a joke that fell flat.
18:43He blamed us for killing Charlie.
18:45He said it wasn't his intention to.
18:46Well, he literally said it was one of us.
18:50Trump's not buying it either.
18:51He's threatening to give ABC a slopodopolis rerun.
18:54Quote, last time I went after them, they gave me $16 million.
18:58This one sounds even more lucrative.
19:00A true bunch of losers.
19:02Let Jimmy Kimmel rot in his bad ratings.
19:06Kimmel falsely framed half the country for an assassination.
19:09The Kirk shooter loved trans, not MAGA.
19:12But Kimmel made one clarification.
19:15Robinson wasn't a Republican.
19:17He was an independent.
19:19I don't think the murderer who shot Charlie Kirk represents anyone.
19:23This was a sick person who believed violence was a solution.
19:27And it isn't.
19:28It ever.
19:30If Kimmel doesn't think he represents anyone, why did he say he represents us?
19:35Yes, Kimmel knew the shooter represented the left and tried to boomerang it.
19:40Then Kimmel said, relax.
19:42It was just a joke.
19:43The president of the United States made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds
19:48of people who work here fired from our jobs.
19:51Our leader celebrates Americans losing their livelihoods because he can't take a joke.
19:58What was the joke?
19:59This wasn't about a joke.
20:01There was no joke.
20:03And it wasn't about free speech either.
20:05It was about having some class after an assassination.
20:07Just say you're sorry.
20:09You said something stupid after a great man got shot.
20:13This was a showbiz decision.
20:15Your boss benched you because you were bad for business.
20:17And not only that, affiliates with broadcast licenses have to serve the public interest.
20:23That means you can't make 99% of your content a Democrat super PAC ad.
20:27Next star, who owns 30 plus ABC affiliates, saw Kimmel's apology and said, eh, not good
20:34enough.
20:34We'll stick with 11 o'clock traffic and weather.
20:37Same with Sinclair.
20:39They're keeping up the Jimmy strike too.
20:41That's not good for Kimmel.
20:43He's hoping for a Trump bump.
20:46You almost have to feel sorry for him.
20:49He tried, did his best to cancel me.
20:51Instead, he forced millions of people to watch the show.
20:54That backfired bigly.
20:56He might have to release the Epstein files to distract us from this now.
21:04Six million viewers last night.
21:06It's a good number, but don't expect it to last.
21:09We're about to find out if left wing late night hosts can get away with sleazy smears and
21:14propaganda on network TV.
21:16The golden age of late night's over.
21:19Can't say we weren't warned.
21:21Tell me the last time that Jack Benny, Red Skelton, Benny comedian, used his show to do serious
21:31issues.
21:31That's not what I'm there for.
21:33Can't they see that?
21:35But you're not.
21:35Why do they think that just because you have a tonight show that you must deal in serious
21:39issues?
21:41That's a danger.
21:42It's a real danger.
21:45Outkick.com founder Clay Travis joins me now.
21:49All right.
21:49So was that a real apology or was that something the lawyers made him read and fake cry?
21:54We've all been there.
21:56Yeah, a lot of people who do live media have had to issue apologies.
22:02They don't mean because they're worried about getting canceled.
22:05And again, I'll come back to what I said with you last week.
22:08If you didn't speak loudly for Roseanne, if you didn't speak loudly for Gina Carano at
22:13Disney, both of them had incredibly successful shows.
22:16They got kicked to the curb on social meat for social media posts.
22:19Then I don't see how you lost your mind.
22:21I'm looking at you, ACLU and many Hollywood celebrities over Jimmy Kimmel.
22:25But I want to build on something you said that I think is actually incredibly constructive,
22:30Jesse.
22:31And I was reading about this earlier today.
22:34Foxnews.com has a story up analyzing the fact that 99% of the guests on Stephen Colbert,
22:41Jimmy Fallon, The View on Jimmy Kimmel, all of these shows that ostensibly exist as Next
22:48Star and Sinclair are pointing out to serve the entirety of the nation.
22:53They only allow one political perspective on those shows.
22:57This is where I would say we need to examine this, OK, because basically what you're getting
23:03is I saw Gavin Newsom on Stephen Colbert last night talking about how there's not going to
23:07be an election in twenty twenty eight.
23:09He doesn't believe that.
23:10And by the way, Jesse, he watches Fox News, so he won't be able to dodge this.
23:14Gavin, I'll put ten million of my dollars up against ten million of your donor dollars.
23:20If we don't have an election in twenty twenty eight, I'll give you ten million dollars.
23:25You give me ten million if we do have an election.
23:28And guess what, Gavin?
23:29I'll take you out to French laundry and we'll get a great bottle of wine, maybe even a couple
23:34to share.
23:35But here's the significant thing.
23:37That was a political in-kind contribution Stephen Colbert gave to Gavin Newsom.
23:42Nobody who's on the Republican side of the ledger gets to come on and call out Gavin
23:47Newsom for his absurdity, that Johnny Carson clip you played.
23:50If comedians just want to try to entertain everybody, good for them.
23:55I think there's a huge market for that.
23:57But as soon as you're deciding to do a political show, you should have to have guests from both
24:03sides of the spectrum.
24:04And I bet President Trump is watching and I bet Brendan Carr, the commissioner of the
24:08FCC, are watching right now.
24:10That's where I think this becomes a big issue.
24:12Yeah, so the issue aside, Jimmy Kimmel, we got to think about it going forward.
24:16During the last campaign, when Saturday Night Live had Kamala on and didn't have Trump on.
24:22And then Trump got to do something, was it on Sunday Night Football, to make it fair and
24:27balanced.
24:28Right?
24:29And this is what it's all about.
24:30If you're going to serve the public interest and the interests of these local communities,
24:34it has to be fair and there has to be standards.
24:38That's all this is.
24:39You're exactly right.
24:42And this is why it matters going forward.
24:44We got an election again next year.
24:46Heck, if you're in New Jersey, Virginia and New York City, you got elections right now.
24:49Do we really feel like these shows, to the extent that they're still going to exist, are
24:54going to be fair going forward?
24:56We got to make a change.
24:57And that's the significant aspect here to me.
24:59Yeah, we don't want him to lose his job.
25:01I mean, just do a good show.
25:03That's right.
25:03If you're on network TV, you have to do a good show.
25:06Or else, not so good.
25:08Clay, good to see you.
25:0910 million.
25:10That's a lot of money Clay's throwing around.
25:14Hillary Clinton has big, beautiful beefs with big balls.
25:25If you aren't completely sure of what the phrase self-unaware means, listen to Kamala's
25:31response to a simple question.
25:33What was the primary reason, do you think, that you lost?
25:39There are many factors, I think, that played into the outcome of that election.
25:43But I think probably one of the biggest, in my mind, is we just didn't have enough time.
25:48We didn't have enough time.
25:49We didn't have enough time.
25:51Oh, yeah.
25:52Well, you didn't.
25:53Also, the echo chamber in there.
25:55Yeah.
25:55Uh-huh.
25:56Mm-hmm.
25:57It's like a wide receiver who goes in as a sub in the final quarter, but then drops every
26:01pass.
26:02Then 10 months later says, if I only had more time to drop more passes.
26:07107 days of candidate Kamala was 107 days too many.
26:11What I hope people take away from this book is that they will see and remember and see
26:22in those days we were very powerful, all of us together.
26:26This is the closest presidential election in the 21st century, Joey.
26:31We were running it in 107 days.
26:36The closest presidential election in the 21st century.
26:40Day drinking is always a problem.
26:43Does she not remember 2020 or 2016?
26:46She should at least remember what happened in 2000.
26:50Well, she's full of excuses.
26:51She's an egomaniac who blames everyone but herself for her own loss.
26:55So what's her plan for the future?
26:57Burn every bridge at a time when Democrats can't figure out how to get to the other side.
27:03J.D. Vance is a shapeshifter and a shifty guy.
27:08He understood that his default meanness wouldn't play against Tim Walz's sunny disposition.
27:14When Tim fell for it and started nodding and smiling at J.D.'s fake bipartisanship, I moaned
27:21to Doug.
27:22What is happening?
27:24I told the television screen, you're not there to make friends with the guy who is attacking
27:29your running mate.
27:32Who you helped pick.
27:34Here to react, Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff.
27:37Stephen, you know, we always have you on for these really serious issues, but you had to
27:42endure these 107 days along with all of us out there in the regular world.
27:50But what kind of a judge of people is she?
27:54She's trashing her former VP and pretty much anyone else who got in her way.
28:00Yes, well, I think the most important point is that Kamala's biggest advantage as a candidate
28:07was the fact that she was put late into the race because it allowed the media to build this
28:14huge PSYOP to portray her as being bright and intelligent and gifted and talented.
28:21Time was her enemy.
28:23If she'd been running for 1,000 days, she would have finished it 10%.
28:26President Trump had to demolish her in 100 days, which took extraordinary skill to do.
28:33But let's also not forget, she was the vice president for four years.
28:37She wasn't some random lady off the street.
28:39She'd been running for the presidency as the vice president for the whole entire campaign.
28:46America knew her.
28:47And when they got to know her better, of course, because of President Trump's skills as a campaigner,
28:52she collapsed.
28:53But Stephen, I think you're really selling her short because there are moments when the
28:58eloquence is almost too much to take.
29:01Watch.
29:01I will confess to you, this might be a book of confessions in this interview, I will confess
29:08to you, I do not have all the answers, Joy.
29:10Yeah.
29:11I mean, part of my reflection is that I don't have all the answers, especially now.
29:22Stephen, that should have been on a bumper sticker.
29:26I don't have any answers.
29:27Yeah, it's not really possible to decipher what her meaning is.
29:33But it just goes to the fact the Democratic Party isn't about candidates or individuals.
29:38It's a machine, right?
29:40Joe Biden is a void.
29:42He is an empty vessel.
29:44Kamala Harris is a void.
29:46She is an empty vessel.
29:47Chuck Schumer is a void.
29:49He is an empty vessel.
29:50The Democrat Party is an organization.
29:53It is a structure that delivers the exact same policies, no matter who is in charge.
30:00Open borders, violent crime, domestic terrorism, high taxes, socialism, and unilateral economic
30:08surrender around the globe.
30:10That's what the Democratic Party is.
30:11And they choose nominees like Biden and like Harris.
30:14By the way, President Trump is the first candidate in history to beat two general election candidates
30:19in one race because they know that if they get elected, the donors will control them.
30:24The media will control them.
30:25The special interests will control them.
30:27The bureaucracy will control them.
30:29Stephen, I want to move on to this news that the DOJ is considering indicting former FBI
30:35director James Comey for allegedly lying to Congress.
30:40Your reaction tonight?
30:41Well, I don't have any news to make on that subject or question, but I'm always happy to
30:45talk about former FBI, disgraced former FBI director James Comey, who of course is corrupt,
30:53who of course has been engaged in vast amounts of illicit and unlawful conduct, who of course
31:00was at the center of the Russiagate attack and assault on American democracy.
31:05There are so many people, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Monaco, all across the government under previous
31:14administrations who have worked tirelessly to try to dismantle our democracy.
31:19And it has to lead somewhere to accountability.
31:23It's got to be accountability.
31:24And in 20 seconds, this government shutdown, is it going to happen or is this going to get averted?
31:29Well, the Democrats are demanding free health care for illegal aliens.
31:33Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries have been clear.
31:35They will not fund law enforcement.
31:37They will not fund the military.
31:38They will not fund public safety.
31:40They will not fund the operations of the federal government that your tax dollars pay for unless
31:44they get free health care for illegal aliens.
31:46That is the biggest losing message and the biggest losing argument in American history.
31:51We will see if there's enough Democrat senators who are dumb enough to follow Chuck Schumer off
31:55the edge of that cliff.
31:55All right, Stephen, thanks for joining us tonight.
31:58We really appreciate it.
32:00And coming up, conservatives getting chased off campus.
32:03Why are liberals afraid to debate?
32:06The video next.
32:07Why are liberals afraid to debate?
32:37Issa, Issa, Issa, Issa, Issa.
