00:11Basically, Sunny 16 Film Lab started in 2016.
00:15Naghanap kami ng lab na magde-develop or magpa-process ng film namin.
00:20Para magbabarkada, set up kaya tayo.
00:23So it started with a small cafe dun sa lab where it is now, hanggang sa nakuha namin itong cafe.
00:28From an entrepreneur perspective, syempre the process is one hour developing, diba?
00:45And majority of our clientele are actually the younger generation, which is very surprising.
00:51Kasi in the world of puro social media, puro digital, puro AI, lahat tayo naghahanap ng something na totoo, something that's very authentic.
01:12Okay, so part ng analog photography or film photography for that matter is we have the darkroom.
01:30So ngayon, what we're gonna do is basically make first parang contact sheet.
01:35Once we have the contact sheet, makikita na natin, ah okay, ito yung gusto ko.
01:39Ito yung maganda, okay, okay.
01:45And then what we're gonna do is put it here. This is what we call the enlarger.
01:49Let's try this out guys.
01:50So ready? We're gonna turn off the lights.
01:52Okay.
01:54So the red lights, they're actually called the safe lights.
01:57Safe lights.
02:02Enlarger.
02:03So this is the film holder.
02:05Okay.
02:05So ilalagyan natin yung film natin dito.
02:07You just slide it in.
02:09And then pag-close, we can put it here.
02:16Fit.
02:16So Hailey, gusto kong silipin mo ngayon kung sharp ba yung image.
02:21Ayan, perfect.
02:24Kita ko na yung nose niya.
02:26So after that, papatayin natin yung ilaw.
02:29And then what we're gonna do is pretty much put the paper here.
02:32And then, saset natin yung time.
02:36Usually, mas mahabang proseso siya.
02:39Pero shortcut natin.
02:40So pag-expose natin, automatic na siya.
02:43So once na-expose na natin siya, seven seconds na, we're gonna get the paper.
02:52And then, we're gonna go here.
02:54So, three steps siya.
02:56So bababad muna natin.
02:58Three steps.
02:59This is the developer.
03:01So makikita mo, nalabas na yung image dito.
03:04Oh!
03:05Ayan.
03:06Tapos yung next niya, basically, it's the stop.
03:09Para itigil niya yung process.
03:10And develop.
03:11Pagkatapos tigil ng process, meron yung fix.
03:14Para ma-fix niya yung image.
03:16Okay.
03:16We always encourage people na kahit mag-shoot kayo ng film, or kahit digital for that matter.
03:37Because in this day and age, yung technology natin very advanced na.
03:57So one of our, actually our managing partner, si Francis.
04:01Siya nagsimula.
04:03Tapos madalas kasi we're all foodies.
04:06Tapos majority dun yung parts mahilig sa kape.
04:09So pag nagme-meeting, parang, oh ito, ito.
04:12And then our chef, si Chef Denmark, he's very into Asian cuisine.
04:16So nagkakaroon ng Asian fusion with our menu.
04:19So umpisaan natin dito sa kanilang salpikaw.
04:21Oh my gosh!
04:22Isa to sa mga favorite dishes ko, guys.
04:26Yung amoy pa lang neto, guys.
04:27Super garlicky yung man.
04:32Masarap!
04:33Ang linam nam.
04:34Ang garlicky.
04:48Eto yung brown butter latte.
05:04And very light.
05:06Mayroon din sila ditong Wagyu Cube Pokeball.
05:10So tikman muna natin yung Wagyu Cube, okay?
05:14Gawin, ang sarap!
05:15Ang lamot, guys!
05:17Kung naghahanap kayo ng lasa ng baka, malinis,
05:21tapos magaan,
05:24eto yung perfect para sa inyo.
05:25Okay, first time ko pong iinom ng matcha sa buong buhay ko.
05:28So tikman natin, everyone!
05:30Tama na!
05:37Oh, ganun pala yung lasa ng matcha!
05:40Actually, I think this is the perfect way to introduce matcha sa akin
05:44because hindi ganun katapang.
05:46Okay, guys!
05:47Try naman natin yung kanilang all-day breakfast.
05:52kasi yung pancake nila, it's perfectly made.
05:55Bilog na bilog.
05:56Very moist.
06:01Hindi siya drying.
06:02Kasi maraming pancake,
06:13kasi ako,
06:14as a kapampangan girl,
06:20Mmm!
06:22Try natin yung flat white nila.
06:24Masarap siya kahit na very matapang siya.
06:33Yung mga kinakain ko naman ngayon
06:34are actually perfect for people na vegan.
06:38Dahil etong dinatry ko ngayon is vegan sisig.
06:41Para talaga akong kumakain ng pork sisig,
06:43pero tofu yung nandito sa loob niya.
06:45Ang galing.
06:46Nalalasan ko yung baboy kahit walang baboy.
06:48So, eto is cauliflower na may sriracha.
06:52Dahil nakikita mo, visually nakikita mo siyang mukhang chicken.
06:58Parang ang nalalasan mo na rin chicken.
07:00Yung pinaka-favorite ko po is yung salpikaw.
07:03Sobrang gustong-gusto ko yung garlicky flavor
07:05ng salpikaw nila.
07:07Tapos sa drinks naman, yung favorite ko yung
07:09caramel latte.
07:12Sobrang sarap niya.
