00:46Well, veteran cricket commentator and broadcaster Joseph Reds Pereira certainly believes so.

00:50He's pointing the finger at cricket West Indies for not taking action to prevent his injury and absence from the India Test Series.

00:58So, Shemar Joseph's injury could have been avoided because he is a contracted player.
