00:00Y'all, it wasn't too long ago I was on here talking about butter mints. I have since become a butter mint lady.
00:06There were so many comments about cream cheese mints. These things show up at so many gatherings.
00:14Really the process is the same as the butter mints. You mix up your fat, add in your flavor, vanilla and mint.
00:20Then you add in powdered sugar. Mix it all up until it's nice and incorporated and you have a dough-like consistency.
00:27You can decide to leave them white. You could color them with food coloring.
00:32These are very pastel. Pinch off just a small amount, roll it into a ball and then we'll take a fork, press it down.
00:38After they dry for 8-12 hours, they're going to be just as good as the butter mints.
00:42It's tomorrow. Look at these. They're like perfectly set on the outside but not too hard and melt in your mouth when you bite into them.
00:51Now I can't decide if I'm team butter mint or cream cheese mint.
00:54All I know is these things are so easy and I love being the resident cream cheese butter mint lady now.
