00:00sanders took a lot of sacks we all know this at colorado a lot of that blame got put on the

00:06offensive line some of that was i was trying to make plays but for a team to give up six sacks

00:12and play four different quarterbacks so five of them for one qb one for the other three combined

00:18it's hard to not feel like some of that if not a lot of it is the quarterback's fault

00:22did you have any big takeaways from the browns close to the preseason well i think number one

00:28i don't believe flacco should be the starter i mean you know i do believe it should be one of

00:33the younger quarterbacks really i do i do but we'll get into that a little a little bit later but

00:38for shador to me i mean not you gotta understand where you want to go with the football and i

00:44understand he's in there he wants to make plays holding the football a little bit too long at

00:49certain periods you know other times he was flush didn't go the right way you know how how much of

00:55it was on incompetent wide receivers not not understanding the timing breaking off routes

01:01so you throw all that into the equation and you still see that he's slightly raw and deserving of

01:07being qb4 in this type of situation i do believe he'll be on the roster as well can he develop into

01:14that guy that we saw at colorado where he could just be a pocket passer and just light defenses up

01:20it's possible but dylan gabriel has elevated his game to a certain capacity would i give the reins

01:28to dylan gabriel or kenny pickett if pickett was healthy i would i mean i don't see and i understand

01:35stefanski another coach that has his back against the wall wants to go with the veteran that led them

01:41to a playoff appearance a couple of years ago has more confidence in flacco than anybody else

01:46but this team is in a major rebuild right now that is the issue so okay starting flacco them

01:54starting flacco over pickett shows how bad the pickett stuff has been for them clearly okay

01:57um i have no problem starting flacco over the youngsters because you want to give your guys

02:03like maybe the best chance like through four weeks and then you can kind of reassess

02:06here is my biggest takeaway definitively and i hope that that i can make this make sense

02:12the worst thing that happened to shador sanders was being drafted by the cleveland browns

02:17and the browns did him a major disservice by trading up for him and i'm not saying that because i

02:22think the browns because there's a lot of i don't know i'm sure you see it joe people on twitter think

02:26the browns are like intent calling bad plays bad productions wrong routes that's not what i think's

02:32happening here's what i think's happening though the browns are the only team the only one who maybe

02:38thought dylan gabriel was better than shador sanders and ended up with shador sanders they're the

02:42only team who would be like i guess we'll carry four quarterbacks if for anybody who was you know

02:47still following the draft late in day three everybody thought sanders was about to go to

02:52the philadelphia eagles so the browns jumped philly to make him their fourth quarterback meanwhile the

02:59eagles are you know how it's probably going to break out are going to move off of kyle mccord and

03:05you know dtr that's where they traded for sam howell as their third quarterback should work

03:09have won a job as qb3 in philly great organization no pressure shador ended up in his place in cleveland

03:17lacy we're expecting this kid to play like five six seven games this year well it's i think he landed

03:25in literally of all 32 the worst situation possible it's possible but they they have an opportunity to

03:33be horrible and that's where he would get a shot right
