The 36th Caribbean Broadcasting Union Media Awards took centre stage in Barbados on Wednesday evening, celebrating the very best in regional media.

It was a night of prestige and recognition as the Caribbean Broadcasting Union honored

outstanding media work across 61 categories, drawing 551 submissions from 30 organizations

in 11 countries. Among the celebrated was one Caribbean Media Limited parent company of CCN

TV6, the Trinidad Express, Starbrook News, The Nation, and Starcom Network. OCM journalists

collected awards and special mentions across several categories, reinforcing the group's

strong regional presence. TV6's Cindy Ragubar Ticketing earned special mention in the Best

Investigative category for her feature, Life in WB Harry Trace, alongside recognition for

Trinidad and Tobago's state broadcaster, TTT Limited, was also recognized, earning three awards
