Transcript
00:00In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you always.
00:26We pause and consider how worthy we are to celebrate these sacred mysteries, asking for mercy from the Father, mercy from one another.
00:39Lord Jesus, you raise us to new life. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
00:45Lord Jesus, you forgive us our sins. Christ, have mercy. Christ, have mercy.
00:51Lord Jesus, you feed us with your body and blood. Lord, have mercy.
00:56Lord, have mercy. May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and bring us to everlasting life.
01:05Amen.
01:08Glory to God in the highest.
01:11And honor and peace to people of goodwill.
01:13Lord, we praise you. We bless you. We adore you. We glorify you.
01:19We give you thanks for your great glory.
01:23Lord God, heavenly King, Lord Almighty Father, Lord Jesus Christ, only begotten Son.
01:31Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, you take away the sins of the world.
01:37Lord, have mercy on us.
01:39You take away the sins of the world. Receive our prayer.
01:44You are seated at the right hand of the Father.
01:47Have mercy on us.
01:49For you alone are the Holy One.
01:51You alone are the Lord.
01:53You alone are the Most High, Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit, in the glory of God the Father.
02:00Amen.
02:01And let us pray.
02:03Heavenly Father, whom, taught by the Holy Spirit, we dare to call our Father in heaven,
02:16bring, we pray, to perfection in our hearts the spirit of adoption as your sons and daughters,
02:23that we may merit to enter into the inheritance which you have promised.
02:28grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
02:36God, forever and ever.
02:39Amen.
02:40We will listen now to God's word.
02:44A reading from the Book of Wisdom.
02:46The night of the Passover was known beforehand to our fathers,
02:52that with sure knowledge of the oaths in which they put their faith,
02:57they might have courage.
02:59Your people awaited the salvation of the just and the destruction of their foes.
03:05For when you punished your adversaries in this, you glorified us, whom you have summoned.
03:14From in secret the holy children of the good were offering sacrifice
03:19and putting into effect with one accord the divine institution.
03:25The word of the Lord.
03:27Thanks be to God.
03:28Blessed the people, the Lord has chosen, chosen to be his own.
03:42Blessed the people, the Lord has chosen, chosen to be his own.
03:54Blessed the people, the Lord has chosen, chosen to be his own.
04:24Chosen to be his own.
04:31See the eyes of the Lord are upon those who fear him,
04:38upon those who hope for his kindness,
04:43to deliver them from death,
04:47and preserve them in spite of famine.
04:54Blessed the people, the Lord has chosen, chosen to be his own.
05:07Our soul waits for the Lord, who is our help and our shield.
05:16May your kindness, O Lord, may your kindness, O Lord, be upon us,
05:23who have put our hope in you.
05:29Blessing the people, the Lord has chosen, chosen to be his own.
05:40A reading from the letter to the Hebrews.
05:45Brothers and sisters, faith is the realization of what is hoped for,
05:51and evidence of things not seen.
05:54Because of it, the ancients were well attested.
05:58By faith, Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place
06:02that he was to receive as an inheritance.
06:05He went out, not knowing where he was to go.
06:11By faith, he joined in the promised land as in a foreign country,
06:16dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs of the same promise.
06:22For he was looking forward to the city with foundations,
06:25whose architect and maker is God.
06:28By faith, he received power to generate,
06:33even though he was past the normal age.
06:36And Sarah herself was sterile.
06:39For he thought that the one who had made the promise was trustworthy.
06:44For it was that that came forth from one man,
06:47himself as good as dead,
06:50descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky,
06:54and as countless as the sands on the seashore.
06:59All these died in faith.
07:02They did not receive what had been promised,
07:04but saw it and greeted it from afar,
07:08and acknowledged themselves to be strangers and aliens on earth.
07:13For those who speak thus show that they are seeking a homeland.
07:18If they had been thinking of the land from which they had come,
07:22they would have had opportunity to return.
07:26But now they desire a better homeland,
07:30a heavenly one.
07:32Therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God,
07:37for he has prepared a city for them.
07:41By faith, Abraham, when put to the test,
07:44offered up Isaac,
07:46and he who had received the promises was ready
07:49to offer his only son,
07:52of whom it was said,
07:55Through Isaac's descendants shall bear your name.
07:59He reasoned that God was able to raise,
08:03even from the dead,
08:05and he received Isaac back as a symbol.
08:09The word of the Lord.
08:10Thanks be to God.
08:12Glory, gospel, and glory, and glory, and glory, and spirit.
08:15Amen.
08:16Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
08:30Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
08:41Stay awake and be ready
08:47For you do not know
08:52On what day your Lord will come
08:59Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia
09:11The Lord be with you.
09:17And with your spirit.
09:18A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke.
09:21Glory to you, O Lord.
09:23Jesus said to his disciples,
09:26Do not be afraid any longer, little flock,
09:29for your Father is pleased to give you the kingdom.
09:33Sell your belongings and give alms.
09:35Provide money bags for yourselves that do not wear out.
09:39An inexhaustible treasure in heaven that no thief can reach nor moth destroy.
09:46For where your treasure is, there also your heart be.
09:52Gird your loins and light your lamps and be like servants
09:55who awaited their master's return from a wedding,
09:59ready to open immediately when he comes and knocks.
10:03Blessed are those servants whom the master finds vigilant on his arrival.
10:10Amen, I say to you.
10:11He will gird himself and have them recline at table.
10:15Proceed to wait on them.
10:17And should he come in the second or third watch and find them prepared in this way,
10:23blessed are those servants.
10:26Be sure of this.
10:27If the master of the house had known the hour when the thief was coming,
10:31he would not have let his house been broken into.
10:35You also must be prepared,
10:38for at an hour you do not expect,
10:41the Son of Man will come.
10:43Peter said,
10:44Lord, is this parable meant for us or for everyone?
10:49And the Lord replied,
10:50Who then is the faithful prudent steward whom the master will put in charge of his servants
10:56to distribute food allowance at the proper time?
11:01Blessed is that servant whom his master on arrival finds doing so.
11:06Truly, I say to you,
11:08the master will put the servant in charge of all his property.
11:12But if that servant says to himself,
11:15My master is delayed in coming and begins to beat the manservant and the maidservants
11:21to eat and drink and get drunk,
11:24then that servant's master will come on an unexpected day and an unknown hour
11:31and will punish that servant severely,
11:34assigning him a place with the unfaithful.
11:38The servant who knew his master's will
11:40but did not make preparations nor act in accord with his will
11:44shall be beaten severely.
11:47And the servant who was ignorant of his master's will
11:50but acted in the way deserving of a severe beating
11:53shall be beaten only lightly.
11:57Much will be required of the person entrusted with much.
12:02And still more will be demanded of the person entrusted with more.
12:09The Gospel of the Lord.
12:11Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
12:14I believe in one God.
12:17Father only.
12:19Maker of heaven and earth.
12:21Of all things visible and invisible.
12:24I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ.
12:27The only begotten Son of God.
12:29Born of the Father before all ages.
12:32God from God.
12:33Light from light.
12:34True God from true God.
12:36Begotten, not made.
12:38Consubstantial with the Father.
12:40Through him all things were made.
12:42For us men, for our salvation, he came down from heaven.
12:47And by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary and became man.
12:53For our sake, he was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
12:56He suffered death and was buried.
12:58And on the third day, he rose again in accordance with the scriptures.
13:03He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
13:08He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead.
13:12And his kingdom will have no end.
13:14I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
13:22who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.
13:28I believe in one holy Catholic and apostolic church.
13:31I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
13:36And I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and life of the world to come.
13:41Amen.
13:41We commend our needs now, our many intentions, to the Father.
13:49We do so in Jesus' name, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
13:55For the protection and strengthening of the church, wherever she is persecuted,
13:59and that the peace of Christ bring an end to all violent conflict in the world.
14:04Let us pray to the Lord.
14:06Lord, hear our prayer.
14:07For the strengthening of marriage and family life, and for those preparing for marriage.
14:12That the Lord fill them with virtue and a love that endures all things.
14:18Let us pray to the Lord.
14:19Lord, hear our prayer.
14:22At the beginning of the school year, we'll encourage our students to give their best efforts in all areas.
14:27Let us pray to the Lord.
14:29Lord, hear our prayer.
14:31That church ministries inspire participation by many of Most Holy Trinity's members
14:35in order to increase their closeness to Jesus.
14:38Let us pray to the Lord.
14:40Lord, hear our prayer.
14:42For our deceased relatives and friends, and all the departed.
14:46That they may be gathered into the eternal joy of their heavenly home.
14:50May they rest in the peace of Christ.
14:53Let us pray to the Lord.
14:55Lord, hear our prayer.
14:56And for all the prayers that we hold in the silence of our hearts.
15:04Let us pray to the Lord.
15:06Lord, hear our prayer.
15:08God, our Father, you're the source of every good gift.
15:11Hear the prayers we make today in our unsaid ones.
15:13In faith and love, through Christ our Lord.
15:17Amen.
15:18We are travelers of the road.
15:24We are here to help each other.
15:29Of the wild and better.
15:33Lord, hear our prayer.
15:34Amen.
15:35Amen.
15:37I am O'er, O'er, O'er, O'er, O'er, O'er, O'er, O'er, O'er.
15:38I will hold up my side for you in the lifetime of your care.
15:48I will hold my hand down to you, speak of each new, all to me.
16:08I will hold my hand down to you, speak of each new, all to me.
16:38For in your mercy you have given them to be offered, and by your power you transformed
16:46them into the mystery of our salvation, through Christ our Lord.
16:51Amen.
16:52The Lord be with you.
16:54And with your spirit.
16:55Lift up your hearts.
16:57We lift them up to the Lord.
16:58Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
17:01It is truly right and just our duty and our salvation always and everywhere to give you
17:08thanks, Heavenly Father.
17:11For we know it belongs to your boundless glory that you came to the aid of mortal beings with
17:18your divinity and even fashioned for us a remedy out of mortality itself, that the cause of our
17:26downfall might become the means of our salvation through Christ our Lord.
17:31Through him the host of angels adores your majesty and rejoices in your presence forever.
17:38May our voices, we pray, join with theirs in one chorus of exultant praise as we acclaim.
17:45Holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, my God of glory.
17:57Oh, for heaven and earth are born, full of your glory.
18:36Hosanna, Hosanna in the highest.
18:53Lord God, you are holy indeed.
18:57You are the fountain of all holiness.
19:00Make holy, therefore, these gifts we pray.
19:04By sending down your Holy Spirit upon them like they do for, so that they may become for us the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
19:14At the time he was betrayed and entered willingly into his passion, he took bread and giving thanks, broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying,
19:29Take this, all of you, and eat it.
19:34For this is my body, which will be given up for you.
19:39In a similar way, when supper was ended, he took the chalice, and once more giving thanks, gave it to his disciples, saying,
19:57Take this, all of you, and drink from it.
20:02But this is the chalice of my blood, the blood of the new and everlasting covenant.
20:07It will be poured out for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins.
20:12Do this in memory of me.
20:16We proclaim the great mystery of our faith.
20:29You are the Savior of the world, for by your cross and resurrection, you have set us free.
20:54Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of Jesus' death,
21:24the resurrection, we offer you, Lord, the bread of life and the chalice of salvation,
21:30giving thanks which you have held is worthy to stand in your presence and serve you.
21:35Humbly we pray that by partaking of the body and blood of Christ Jesus,
21:40we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit.
21:44Lord, remember your church spread throughout the world.
21:47Lord, bring all to the fullness of love, together with Pope Leo, Louis, our bishop,
21:53and all the bishops of the religious, with the deacons, the priests, and all your people gathered here.
21:59Remember all our loved ones, all whom are remembering tonight with particular affection,
22:04gone to their rest and the hope arising again.
22:06Welcome them into the light of your presence.
22:10Have mercy on us all and make us worthy to share eternal life with Mary, the Virgin Mother of God,
22:19with Saint Joseph, her spouse, with the blessed apostles and all the saints who have pleased you throughout the ages.
22:26May we merit to be co-heirs to eternal life, may praise and glorify you through your Son, Jesus Christ.
22:34Through him, with him, and in him, O God, Almighty Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
22:41all glory and honour is yours forever and ever.
22:45Amen.
22:56And we unite as we pray together the prayer of all Christians.
23:19Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
23:23Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
23:29Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,
23:35as we forgive those who trespass against us.
23:39And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
23:43Lord, deliver us from every evil and grant us peace in our day.
23:48With the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin.
23:52And save from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and coming of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
24:00For the kingdom, the power, the glory are yours, now and forever.
24:05Lord Jesus Christ,

24:22The peace of the Lord be with you always.
24:25And with your spirit.
24:26Let us offer each other a sign of peace, the peace of Christ.
24:31It's Christ's peace.
24:32And congratulations.
24:34Thanks for the love we have.
24:36And I appreciate it very much.
24:38I appreciate it.
24:39We have been.

24:42Okay.
24:42We have been.
24:45Amen.
25:15You take away the sins of the world and mercy on us.
25:41Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world.

26:34Amen.
26:35My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most blessed sacrament.

26:54and unite myself wholly to you.
26:57Never permit me to be separated from you.
26:59Amen.
