شوپیاں (شاہد ٹاک) : جنوبی کشمیر کے ضلع شوپیاں میں&nbsp;جنگلات کی غیر قانونی کٹائی کا سلسلہ ’بے خوف و خطر‘ جاری ہے۔ ضلع کے معروف سیاحتی مقام دبجن میں تن آور درختوں کی دن دہاڑے کٹائی کے وائر فوٹوز نے کئی خدشات کو جنم دیا ہے۔دبجن کا علاقہ محکمہ وائلڈ لائف کے دائرہ اختیار میں آتا ہے، جہاں عمومی طور پر جنگلات کے تحفظ کے لیے اہلکار تعینات ہونے چاہئیں، تاہم عوامی حلقوں کا ماننا ہے کہ ’’یہاں سبز سونے کی دن دہاڑے لوٹ کھسوٹ، اسمگلروں اور محکمہ کے ملازمین کی ملی بھگت کے بغیر ممکن نہیں۔‘‘اس حوالہ سے محکمہ سے جب رجوع کیا گیا تو انہوں&nbsp;نے اپنا پلو جھاڑتے ہوئے روایتی طور ’’کاروائی‘‘ کرنے کی یقین دہانی کی۔ جبکہ کیسی بھی آفیشل نے کیمرے کے سامنے بات کرنے کی جرات نہیں&nbsp;کی۔
