Learn How to Make Paneer Gulab Jamun by Chef : Amit Jham

Ingredients :
250 Grams Mawa
250 Grams Paneer
6 tbsp Refined Flour
3 tbsp Semolina
1/2 tsp Baking powder

00:00Hi friends, I'm Chef Amit and today we are doing Gulab Jamuns.
00:09We will start off with heating ghee that is dalda.
00:14So until the ghee is melting in the saucepan, we will mix all the ingredients.
00:18Mawa, 250 grams.
00:23Paneer, grated 250 grams.
00:27Maida, 6 tablespoons.
00:40Rawa, that's semolina, 3 tablespoons.
00:54Baking powder, one and a half teaspoon.
01:05We mix all the ingredients together and make it into a nice and a soft dough.
01:09Now, eat it nicely until all the ingredients have combined together.
01:12Knead it nicely until all the ingredients have combined together
01:38and the dough is soft and smooth to touch our dough is ready and now we'll start making round
01:49balls. Approximately 24 to 30 balls we can make. See to it that the balls don't have any cracks,
02:16else they will open up while frying. Also see to that, most of them are of the equal size
02:21so that people don't fight for getting a smaller or larger piece. We're just checking whether
02:25the ghee is hot enough for our gulab jamuns to go in and yes it is ready so we can start
02:29frying the gulab jamuns.
02:46The gulab jamuns are already ready. So now our gulab jamuns are ready and now we're going
02:58to dip it in the chasney which has been pre-prepped by me already. You can also pre-prep your chasney
03:03with one cup of sugar and two cups of water. Just add your gulab jamuns and leave it for
03:09half an hour. Within 20 to 25 minutes your gulab jamuns will be ready to be eaten. Hi, I'm
03:19back. So our gulab jamuns are done, they are well soaked and ready to be served. You can
