00:00Hi guys, welcome back to the holy month of Ramzan. Today again I am going to teach you another very well recipe and very well known recipe which is really delicious and yummy and everybody eats it. That's called chicken pandi.
00:14That is a chicken steak which is made with boneless chicken. So let's start. This is half kilo boneless chicken which is cut into cubes. We add in one tablespoon of chopped green chillies. One teaspoon each of crushed garlic. And ginger.
00:44One teaspoon of garam masala. One teaspoon of black pepper powder. One teaspoon lime juice. Quarter cup of coriander leaves.
01:01One tablespoon of chopped green tea. One tablespoon of olive oil. And some salt to taste.
01:31We need this magnation for at least one to two hours. Now we shall start with the other procedure of the chicken. We make an egg. We cook well. Add some salt.
