00:13Today we are going to do another recipe of Diwali which is a very famous thing that is the Pohat Shevra.
00:18Which I will show you how to make. It's very easy and really yummy and delicious to eat.
00:24So let's start.
00:25Let's eat the oil first.
00:30I put in this strainer sort of a thing. The nylon Pohat.
00:35The oil has become hot and nice. Now I will put the Pohat to fry with the help of a strainer.
00:48The Pohat is well fried and drain out all the oil.
01:07Now we will add in two tablespoons of brown nut.
01:19And again we will fry the brown nuts.
01:25Drain off the excess oil from the brown nuts.
01:37Now we will fry in one tablespoon of broken cashews.
01:43And one tablespoon of chopped almonds.
01:59The almonds and the kaju are fried. Drain off the excess oil.
02:08Now we will fry in the dry coconut.
02:10The frying of all the ingredients is done which I have kept it aside.
02:33And now comes the mixing and the tempering part of the chura which is more delicious.
02:38And really yummy.
02:40I have kept the karai to become hot for the mixing and tempering of the chura.
02:48So first I will temper the karipatta and the green chillies and dry.
02:53The karai has become hot and nice.
02:56I will pour in some two tablespoons of oil.
03:08The oil has become hot.
03:10I will put in half a teaspoon of mustard seeds.
