00:00Hi Guys, I am back. Today I am again going to teach you one nice Diwali recipe that is called Besan Kal Ladoo.
00:19I take a deep pan to make it hot on the gas.
00:24I take 2 cups of pure ghee.
00:26You can even make the Ladoos in Vanaspati, Dalda or whichever medium of ghee you want.
00:35But I prefer pure ghee. So that's why I am taking pure ghee.
00:40I take 4 cups of grampla.
00:42I make the gas a little slow on the medium.
00:56I will add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
01:10I will add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
01:26Cook the grampla for at least for 10-15 minutes. See there will be a face like this coming up.
01:32The raw flavour of grampla is gone.
01:44Now I add in 75 grams of chopped almonds.
01:48I transfer the mixture into a bowl.
02:01I will keep the mixture to cool for at least 1 hour.
02:15And when it cools, we will add in the powdered sugar.
02:20Guys, the Besan Ladoo mixture will become cool and nice.
02:25I will add in the castor sugar to it.
02:35And I will mix it well.
02:37The sugar is well mixed.
02:50Now I will make it into small balls called Ladoos.
03:07The Vajami Besan Ladoos are done.
03:33It's really yummy to eat.
03:36Please make it for Diwali.
03:38Serve it to your near and dear ones.
