Swapping the York DD 75s for Keller Foundry Hundos, l moved up to 256¾lb(116½kg) after 5 sets of triples w/201lb on the Kneeling Pullover & Prees. This was just SEVEN POUNDS from my PR! Rewatched a 'How to lift with yer Lats on the Bench Press' type of video by @mad_scientist_duffin . It was a 13 minute video describing the difference between building big Lats for a foundation V actively using the Lats to help lift the bar off the chest. Between a genetic condition and some bad habits as a youth, my shoulders are rubbish at Pressing. I can use ANY AND ALL help pushing more weight. I used Duffin's cue, and it worked like a charm on ALL of the lifts today...Praise the Lord! The cue was for 'regular' Benchin', but l figured why not try it out on the floor. Yes, l was today years old(53) when I finally learned how to Bench with my Lats! This is proof that if you don't quit, you'll eventually figure it out. God Bless!
