Why does everyone ignore the LATERAL aspect of the Lats? Simple Side Presses or Side Bends can EASILY lengthen each Lat from the Upper Arm to the Pelvis. This Cross Leg version of the Side Press with an @ivankobarbell 25kg plate is a bit more advanced, but you can CLEARLY see the Lats get stretched from Upper Arm to Scapula to Pelvis.
