Been needing this for a WHILE! The video shows you how the movement progresses from a Kneeling Press to a Kneeling Bent Press. Watch the whole video to see how them movement increases as my body opens up with a 50lb weight. My main goal was to open up the right Quadratus Lumborum and it certainly did work. I could have done more work, but l didn't want to overdo it and be very sore tomorrow. Start light and don't rush it. God Bless!
