00:00Welcome back to another Luanity mod review. Today we are looking at the Infinity Gauntlet mod inspired by the franchise. I don't know too much about the actual, well, the gauntlet in the franchise, other than something with, I guess you could like, right, snap your fingers or something and that would make the entire population of the world vaporize.

00:30But yeah, I don't know too much about it outside of that. Anyways, we are going to start with this chest here, which we can craft with just some wood around a book and that will give us a book. I guess that was easier than making a craft that would craft a written book, which I think would be a little more difficult. So I do understand why that was done that way.

00:54And this pretty much just tells us how to use it. So basically, oh, it's three pages. Okay. So there's the instruction chest, which we just got, which has this description.

01:10You can actually also find this on the content database and it's probably in a human readable form within the mod someplace as well.

01:18The Infinity Core, you need to craft the Infinity Gauntlet. The Infinity Gauntlet mines almost every block at almost creative mode speed in survival mode.

01:26It can teleport when you sneak right click once you put the space stone in it.

01:30Skin Changer, you can become that purple guy with the right click, turn back with another right click.

01:35And then the stones, which it says must be gathered in this order, but I don't think that's actually true.

01:44I think they just have to be used when you craft it in this order.

01:48So there's all these different stones here.

01:51And then if you're using a vision, don't right click on yourself or you will crash the game.

01:56So I guess we'll get started with the basics.

02:01So we have the Gauntlet Core, which as we see here is a bit expensive to craft.

02:09So we're going to need some emeralds, some ruby, some amethyst, some sapphire, some gold, some mese, some bronze, and a diamond pickaxe.

02:18Sounds all very expensive.

02:20Thankfully, we'll just cheat and just grab one right out of inventory.

02:24So now we have a core here.

02:27Oh, you know what?

02:28I'm in creative though.

02:29Oh, this is most inopportune because how can we demonstrate the difference in dig speed if I'm already in creative mode?

02:38Hmm, that's a problem.

02:41I placed this amethyst here, by the way.

02:43That's not a naturally occurring amethyst.

02:47Yeah, that's going to make that difficult.

02:49Well, anyway.

02:50I don't think the Gauntlet Core itself actually does any good.

02:57I believe we just need that to make the further bits of the Gauntlet.

03:01So looking further on past that, we have the Gauntlet with no stones, which is crafted from the Gauntlet Core surrounded by gold.

03:09Yes, you're going to need a lot of items to make this, which makes sense because it's very OP.

03:14So the Gauntlet with no stones can then be crafted into the Gauntlet with the Soul Stone.

03:22So you'll need the Soul Stone first.

03:24But you can collect the materials for all of these stones in any order you want.

03:28You don't actually have to, you just have to place them in the order you want.

03:35So firstly, we need the Soul Stone.

03:37Well, first we actually need this.

03:40So we'll go ahead.

03:42Oh, I suppose.

03:43And we'll take the Gauntlet with no stones and we'll throw out this one.

03:47So now the Soul Stone.

03:48How do we get a Soul Stone?

03:50You might think you have to go and find this in the world someplace.

03:54Well, no.

03:54Actually, you don't.

03:56You need Soul Stone pieces.

03:59Pieces used to craft the Soul Stone.

04:02Now, I can't tell, but there's four of them.

04:09So you have this, which is bronze and orange dye.

04:12This, which is bronze steel and orange dye.

04:15This is bronze and orange dye, but in a different pattern than that one.

04:19And then one that's all bronze and orange dye.

04:21And this will give you four different pieces used to craft the Soul Stone.

04:24The difference in color is so negligible that honestly, I can't tell which is which.

04:33It looks like these top three and this one are maybe the same color, which would be this one, I think.

04:40But then we have these, which is maybe this one.

04:48And these middle three all look the same, but that only gives me three.

04:52And there's four.

04:54So someplace, one of these is not the one that I think it is.

04:57So, yeah, good luck guessing to figure all of that out.

05:04But once you have that, you can get the Soul Stone, which we can then use to make the next variant of the gauntlet.

05:11Now, once we have the Soul Stone, can we do anything special?

05:15So, um, doesn't really look like it too much?

05:21Um, I'm thinking not.

05:26But the Soul Stone can be used for other things.

05:29So if we look at the Soul Stone, that's the wrong thing.

05:32If we look at the recipes for the Soul Stone, we can use it to upgrade the gauntlet, of course.

05:38We can also make a Soul World, and then we have the Soul Armor, which we just actually craft a Soul Stone directly into the Soul Armor.

05:48So let's go ahead and grab a Soul World and the Soul Armor.

05:52So now we have Soul Armor.

05:54Um, that's weird.

05:58How do we...

06:01I just used it.

06:08Oh, and that, uh...

06:13Soul Armor makes the world light up around me.

06:17It's supposed to make me invincible.

06:20Um, and I think that drop probably proves the invincibility pretty well.

06:28Um, unfortunately I don't have a good way to get out.

06:33So we're just going to do this.

06:35Whoops.

06:35Because that's the best way to get out of a sticky situation.

06:39I think I can do, like...

06:42Um...

06:44There's got to be some kind of chat command you can use.

06:49Wait, I don't even see that I have 3D Armor enabled.

06:53Well, that's weird.

06:55I thought it depended on 3D Armor.

06:59I don't see myself wearing any type of armor.

07:02But I believe I am not.

07:05I want to say...

07:08That this armor did not protect you from drowning.

07:13So let's check that out quick.

07:16Um, it's placing the light...

07:23And potentially when I fall into that block I will start to regain air.

07:28No, it looks like it's just a water block that lights up.

07:32So, yeah.

07:33That doesn't protect me from drowning.

07:36However, though...

07:36It actually might.

07:40Because if I don't take damage...

07:49Okay, I take damage.

07:51So it, in fact, does not protect you from drowning.

07:54I thought it was what I read someplace.

07:57Uh, the Soul Stone used to craft an unbeatable helmet that makes the wearer invincible to every type of damage except for drowning.

08:04Well, let's check out this...

08:09Do we just, like, walk into it?

08:38So I don't really know what the point of the soul world is here.

08:49We can't break this, which is fine.

08:53But we also can't really do anything.

08:57Although I suppose, potentially...

09:10We could use this as, like, a secret storage base.

09:13Um, however, I don't think this necessarily locks anything to you.

09:19So I don't know if that would really, uh, be a super hot idea.

09:25Okay, so that was the soul stone.

09:27Now we need the reality stone.

09:29Um, so the reality stone.

09:33Whoops.

09:34So the reality stone is crafted, again, from these reality pieces.

09:45There's four of them.

09:46We're going to be using rubies and dye.

09:49And rubies and steel and dye.

09:51Again, to create those.

09:54So not too much of a difference there.

09:58Um, that's going to be this one.

10:00So we'll go ahead and throw that one out and take this one.

10:03Now, can we actually make anything else with this reality stone?

10:08Um, it can be used for that.

10:13We can make a duplicate your blocks, which sounds useful.

10:17And the base builder.

10:18So let's grab the both of those.

10:20Duplicate your blocks.

10:24Uh, now to duplicate your blocks.

10:26I don't actually know how this works.

11:17And we now have infinite acacia blocks.

11:23And we can make a very nice acacia sidewalk.

11:37Because I kind of wanted to get rid of that one.

11:41And then what is, what is this thing?

11:43So it's, like the gauntlet with, oh, it crashes.

11:55And then, oh, okay.

11:58Well, it seems like we're okay other than that error from the steel door.

12:04So we have, which is weird because there's a steel door right here.

12:11I'm a bit confused as to why this half of it did not get placed.

12:22I bet when the steel door was trying to place for that last steel door, it probably crashed

12:28before it finished placing the entirety of this schematic.

15:57So we'll take a look at that.

16:09The soul stone.

16:11Now, space stone says there's no recipes.

16:18So, how do we get the space stone?

16:23It just says, once added to your gauntlet, it grants you the ability to teleport by sneak

16:26placing while holding the gauntlet.

16:28Unlike the other stones, the stone cannot be crafted, but is located in the treasure room

16:32of the gauntlet.

16:35Interesting.

16:38So, in one of these chests...

16:42Someplace...

16:45Wait, what are these?

16:47Steel hammer.

16:48Okay.

16:52One of these chests allegedly has the space stone.

16:56There we go!

16:58So, then we can use that to make the space stone chest.

17:04Which, I'm sorry, but why do I get 100 of these when I craft this?

17:10Again, this seems like quite the good deal.

17:19And there we go.

17:21That's our inventory.

17:21It says it can hold up to 23,760 items.

17:28I'm assuming that's just with all of these to full stacks.

17:32Yeah, that's quite a lot of stuff.

17:34But, the best part...

17:35Oh, I can't shift-click items in and out?

17:42It says when we mine it, it drops with the items in it.

17:46So, if I pick it up and now I replace it...

18:03These chests can't be stacked because they have metadata with the items that are inside of them.

18:09All right, so we have the fist now with the space stone.

18:20We can also use that to create the tesseract.

18:24So, the tesseract...

18:26This guy right here, we just need a space stone, some sapphire, and glass.

18:31Looks pretty basic.

18:32And it looks like we throw this...

24:54So, we'll grab those few things.

24:56And then we'll grab the one with the time stone.

26:55That's our last stone to gather.

27:04Looks like we need pieces to craft it.

27:26And then we also have the full-on gauntlet.

27:30So, let's take our full-on gauntlet.

27:41Clone yourself with the power of the mind stone.

29:59But it doesn't have a recipe.

30:01So that means there's something screwed up there.

30:05But it appears as if the Cloner...

30:07Makes a clone of yourself that'll...

30:12Exist for one minute and kill all...

30:15Mobs in the area.
