Liverpool’s car park frustrations

Do you have concerns that some UK car parks might deliberately make things difficult for drivers, just so operators can hand out excessive fines?

00:09and we found a car park like an NCP.

00:13We took the thing and then got in and then you just couldn't fathom it, you know?

00:18I've heard the cases where people have gone on the app, registered the car, paid whatever

00:22and then they've come back and spying a sticker on the car saying you haven't registered.

00:28It hasn't gone through.

00:30In the end, paying for it twice and it wasn't the correct app.

00:36I got directed to another company that charged me again.

00:41Well, I've had a couple, you know, but I've disputed them and I've won them because I've disputed them.

00:49I just wouldn't let them go, you know?

00:51Mass confusion, so maybe that's a way that the machine thing is still the best

00:57where you've physically got the ticket in your hand.
