00:23supposed to do and you know who carries change these days and it's sometimes
00:27it's frustrating just putting your registration in then that these days
00:30you know especially when it's tipping down the rain and stuff so yeah it can be a
00:34bit yeah a bit of a pain. The machine wasn't working you had to put your number plate to
00:40get in the door to get in that wasn't working properly there was a queue of
00:43people and certainly older people like myself and whatever it was a struggle
00:48and everyone was complaining I think it can be made a lot simpler I think it is
00:52something that's simple that that should be looked at because you know people use
00:57cars and it's frustrating when things don't go right
