00:00Just reversing in a car park just to turn round and then they said we were parked there but I never paid it. Private companies, I'm not going to even get into it with them. So I just think they're set up to rip people off. That is what they are.
00:16It didn't give me any change and neither did I get a ticket. And I put a note on the window explaining what had happened but the people insisted that they take me to court and the letter also said I owe them £100. And I thought, what a nice company this is.
00:42I phoned my solicitor and he said these companies are not going by the law. They gave in in the end. So it was a little guy fighting back and we should stick together.
