00:00So, I mean, I just moved to Newcastle and going from a small town like Lancaster where I studied,
00:05their parking wasn't much of an issue. Here, yeah, it's pretty bad.
00:08I know when my family comes up or my friends come to visit.
00:11I mean, thankfully, I live right next to a mall story car park, so we can most of the time
00:15get a parking spot there.
00:16But if you're not close to one, yeah, you're going to have to walk even.
00:19So, yes, it's not the best. I know people that live in my apartment complex just park on double yellow
00:25lines most of the time,
00:26because there's nowhere else to park.
00:27My dad parks somewhere near Primark under where the cars go, and then he has a good time to get
00:34parking anywhere.
00:35It's very tight spaces to get where you need to go.
00:39If they don't have a blue badge, because they take time to get as well, they're parking in a normal
00:46space.
00:46But what's to say that that person that's parking in a normal space doesn't have a disability?
00:51Or a child, try getting it out of a parking space with a child in a parking seat, getting it
00:57out, and somebody's parked that close next to you.
00:59Okay.
