00:05So I've actually found that the apps are quite useful sometimes just for actually finding where you can park.
00:10Because I don't like the sensation of being stuck somewhere and you're running out of time and you can't find somewhere to park.
00:18So on that respect, I'd say there's probably a positive thing having the apps.
00:24I can't speak for the experience of being older and not having internet or not being able to use the apps because that's not my own experience.
00:33But I can imagine how that might be a frustration.
00:36I imagine that the creation of it was for the idea that it would be more convenient for people because most people have phones.
00:42But I'm someone where I don't often update the software on my phone.
00:45So there's certain apps that I can't download where I need to do for things like that.
00:49So I think for people, if they want it, that's great. But they should have also alternatives for people whose phone's dead or they might not have cell service or something like that.

00:58They're kind of kind of like the new apps that they can send out so that they might hear it via their settings.
