00:05I'm here with Tanisha in Club Pilates.
00:06I did Pilates.
00:09Tanisha, tell them how Pilates is for every body.
00:12Okay, so Pilates, like, I like...
00:14You can see, we're very different.
00:15Yes.
00:16We're different bodies here.
00:17I really like how you said, like, it's for everybody,
00:19because that's literally one of the things that we tell people
00:21when they try their first class.
00:22And this was my first class, guys.
00:24For everybody, no matter what your range of fitness is,
00:27we have different levels.
00:28And then if you have injuries,
00:30a lot of doctors actually recommend Pilates to their clients.
00:34So Pilates is literally for everybody, no matter if gender,
00:37where you're at in your fitness, whether you're advanced.
00:39Highly weight anything.
00:40Like, clearly.
00:41Yeah.
00:42And we did it.
00:43Like, this was my first class.
00:44I did it.
00:45I feel so good.
00:46I can't recommend it enough.
00:47And it's right here in Fayetteville, Freedom Town Center,
00:50right next to some other very important businesses.
00:52But this is the one.

00:59we do have a free class that we give.
01:01So typically our classes are 50 minutes long,
01:03but the free class...

01:06Almost an hour.
01:07Yeah, so it's 50 minutes long.
01:08The free class is a 30-minute class,
01:10and it's just like a basic intro
01:11to see how you like it before you commit to it.
01:14It was so fun.
01:15It flew by.
01:15It did not feel like 30 minutes.
01:17It literally felt like 10 minutes.
01:18It was really...
01:19I had so much fun.
01:20I'm glad you had fun.
01:21But, and then after you do the free class,
01:23if you like it, you can join.
01:25We do have three different membership options.
01:28So we have a four-pack,
01:29an eight-pack,
01:30and an unlimited package.
01:31The number of the package represents
01:33how many classes you can attend a month.
01:35So obviously the four-pack means four classes,
01:37eight-pack means eight classes,
01:38and unlimited means one class a day
01:40if you wanted to.
01:41Oh, wow.
01:42Okay.
