00:03so i love that it went from being a college athlete to then being like okay well i need to
00:08fill a void that i'm seeing so what was the next step did you just start taking clients or did
00:13you
00:13just immediately get to this brick and mortar that you have today so i started to do research like
00:17what does it look like to take to be certified in pilates so i started i didn't even know that
00:22you
00:22hadn't been certified well duh that makes sense so i was looking into that and then um one of my
00:27friends was like you should do this i'm like what they're like be a pilates instructor i'm like huh
00:31and so once that got dropped into my head i became obsessed with like researching it and so i did
00:37a
00:37program online it was australian based a certification program i did that at home again still postpartum
00:43but i was able to do it virtually and then i started to create push push pilates i'm like okay
00:49let me do
00:49small classes with friend family and friends i started to do that then my classes started to
00:54get full then i expanded to renting out someone's space and then it just started to grow from there
00:59and i think what made push shows special and different is like we are truly community based
01:04like those girls who come in there they're leaving out friends i be sitting on my instagram hanging out
01:09i'm like y'all are friends but it's so rich in um community and i think a lot of times
01:15we go into
01:15these spaces especially um you know workout spaces and it's very intimidating and no that's not that at
01:22all but we also really get a good workout in but you're also leaving powerful confident and then
01:27support it too you know
01:30you
