Sport TT has been committed to ensuring its coaches undergo a robust coach education programme.

Just recently, the organisation along with Cricket West Indies held a workshop specifically designed for primary school children.

Former international cricketer Samuel Badree, who is attached to Sport T&T outlines the importance of this engagement.

00:00Our coaches will be heading to the primary schools next when school reopens for Term 3 for our primary school component of our school and community cricket coaching program.
00:10There we'll be exposing our young boys and girls to a structured and quality cricket program.
00:17And the hope is that we get these young boys and girls engrossed in cricket and they really want to get involved in the sport.
