00:06he expected a renewal as there was no work-related issues with the TRHE and all his previous
00:13job performance evaluations were positive.
00:16Today, he is still awaiting word from the Human Resource Department on the way forward
00:22and outstanding compensation monies of $193 days owed to him.
00:28This email was dated the 3rd of July.
00:33Up to now, seven months or so, I have not heard from HR again.
00:40Dr. Kashi said after his contract came to an end, his salary was stopped and a resumption
00:47to work form given to him remains in his possession.
00:51He is now looking at his available options.
00:54They stopped my work, they stopped my salary and despite the fact they know I have so many
01:06vacation days and nobody has told me anything again about it.
01:13He told us during his tenure, he was a registrar obstetrics and a gynecologist at the Scarborough
01:20General Hospital, training other upcoming medical practitioners.
01:25He is today wondering why the present treatment.
01:28I have worked here in Tobago for 24 years, almost 24 years and I think I have helped
01:40in the improvement of women's health here in Tobago and I have done my part.
01:47Not only that, I have also helped in training three Tobago doctors to become specialists.

02:15TRHA on the matter.
02:17The TRHA's communications unit said they had no response to the outstanding compensation
02:23claim at this time.
