00:21Daim claimed trial in January for allegedly failing to comply with the terms of an Asset
00:25Declaration notice issued by the Anti-Graft Agency.
00:29He was accused of failing to declare his ownership in 38 companies, 19 plots of land,

00:36Daim was also alleged to have failed to declare his ownership of Amarnasaham Nasional Berhad
00:40and Amarnasaham Nasional Accounts, as well as seven luxury vehicles.
00:45Yesterday, Naeema Khalid, the widow of the former Finance Minister, urged the Attorney
00:50General and MACC not to discontinue the ongoing prosecution against Daim at the Sessions Court.
00:56Naeema said it was Daim's wish that the trial on his alleged failure to disclose assets
