What is Spinach Dal | Dal Palak?
Dal Palak, also known as spinach dal, is a traditional Indian dish of lentils and spinach seasoned with spices and herbs. It's a protein-rich, healthy, and comforting dish that's often served with rice, roti or chapati.

Dal Palak | Spinach with Lentil Recipe:
Split Green Gram / Moong Dal Chilka 250 gm ( Soak In Water For 30 Minutes
Spinach / Palak ( After Cutting ) 1 kg
Split Green Gram / Moong Dal Chilka ( Soaked ) 250 gm
Water 500 ml or 2 Glass
Green Chilli / Hari Mirch 6 to 7
Red Chilli Flakes / Kuti Lal Mirch 1 tbsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tbsp or To Taste
Garlic Cloves / Lehsan Ke Jawe 8 to 10
Mix Well
Bring It To Boil
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 30 to 40 Minutes
When Cooked Mesh with Dal Mesher

Bhagar Preparation:
Oil 125 ml or 1/2 Cup
Whole Red Chilli / Sabut Lal Mirch 6 to 8
Garlic / Lehsan ( Thin Cut ) 4 to 5 Cloves
Cumin Seed / Zeera 1 tbsp
Add Into Cooking Pot Close The Lid
Mix Well Close The Flame
Dal Palak Ready To Serve
