What is Dry Fruits Milk?
"Dry Fruits Milk" refers to a beverage made by soaking or blending various dried fruits like almonds, raisins, dates, pistachios and walnuts in milk, creating a nutritious drink rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and healthy fats; often flavored with spices like cardamom powder and sometimes sweetened with jaggery or sugar.

Dry Fruits Milk ( Winter Special ) Recipe:
Lotus Seed / Makhana 1 Cup
Dry Roast For 1 to 2 Minutes
Milk 2 Litters
Bring It To Boil
Green Cardamom / Choti Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp
Almond / Badam ( Peel Off & Thin Cut ) 2 tbsp
Pistachio / Pista ( Thin Cut ) 2 tbsp
Cashew / Kajoo ( Thin Cut ) 2 tbsp
Dry Dates / Chauara ( Cut Into Length ) 18 to 20
Sugar / Cheeni 4 tbsp
Mix Well
Cook On Low Flame For 30 Minutes
Add Roasted Lotus Seed / Makhana
Saffron / Zafran 1/4 tsp
Cook On Low Flame For 3 to 4 Minutes & Close The Flame
Dry Fruits Milk Ready To Serve
