1st Marinate: Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 4 tbsp Lemon Juice 3 tbsp Green Chilli / Hari Mirch Paste 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli 1.5 tbsp Pink Salt / Namak 1.5 tbsp or To Taste Marinate Leg ( Both Sides ) With All Spices Leave It For 2 Hours
2nd Marinate: Mustard / Sarson Oil 1/4 Cup Once Oil Start Smoky Turn Off The Flame Mustard / Sarson Oil At Room Temperature Kashmiri Red Chilli 2 tbsp Mix Well Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 2 tbsp Green Chilli / Hari Mirch Paste 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste 2 tbsp Cumin / Zeera Powder 1.5 tbsp Coriander / Dhanya Powder 2 tbsp Chaat Masala 2 tbsp Hot Spices / Garam Masala 1 tbsp Black Salt / Kala Namak 1 tbsp Green Cardamom / Choti Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp Pink Salt / Namak 1.5 tbsp or To Taste Dried Fenugreek / Kasoori Methi ( Roasted ) 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Hang Curd / Paani Nikla Hoa Dahe 300 gm Mix Well Marinate Leg ( Both Sides ) With All Spices Leave It in Refrigerator For 4 Hours or Over Night After Refrigerate Prepare To Bake in Oven Cover With Aluminium Foil Bake In Preheated Oven At 250 Degree For 4 Hours After 4 Hours Take Out From Oven Remove Aluminium Foil Again Bake In Oven At 180 Degree For 15 Minutes Mutton Tandoori Raan Ready To Serve
