Paneer Tikka Recipe: Yogurt / Dahi 1/2 Cup Red Chilli / Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp Turmeric / Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp Carom Seed / Ajwain 1/4 tsp Coriander / Dhanya Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin / Zeera Powder 1 tsp Hot Spice / Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp or To Taste Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek / Kasoori Methi 1 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Mix Well Gram Flour / Besan ( Roasted ) 1 tbsp Mix Well Capsicum / Shimla Mirch ( Cut Into Cubes ) 1 Big Tomato / Timater ( Cut Into Cubes ) 1 Big Onion / Pyaaz ( Cut Into Cubes ) 1 Big Paneer ( Cut Into Cubes ) 300 gm Mix Them Well Leave It For 30 Minutes Put Them In Skewers Make 8 to 10 Sticks Oil 3 to 4 tbsp Put Paneer Tikka Into Hot Oil Cook Each Side On Medium Flame Until Golden Paneer Tikka Ready To Serve
