What is Kashmiri Tea or Pink Tea?
Kashmiri tea, also known as noon chai, is a traditional tea beverage that originated in Kashmir, India and Pakistan.
Kashmiri Tea has become popular in Pakistan, India, and the Caribbean. In Pakistan, it's often served with sugar and nuts at special occasions and during winter also.

Kashmiri Tea Recipe:
Water 600 ml or 4 Cups
Green Cardimum / Choti Elaichi 8 to 10
Cloves / Long 3 to 4
Star Anise / Badiyan Ka Phole ) 1
Cinnamon Stick / Dar Cheeni 3 Inches Piece
Kashmiri Tea Leaves 2 tbsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1/4 tsp
Backing Soda / Metha Soda 1/4 tsp
Mix Well
When Boiled Cook On Low Flame For 20 Minutes
Chilled Water 1 Glass
Cook Again On Low Flame For 15 Minutes
Kashmiri Tea Kahwa is Ready Close The Flame
Strain Kashmiri Kahwa In Jar
It Can Be Stored In Refrigerator For 6 to 8 Days For Later Use
Milk / Doodh ( Boiled ) 500 ml
Sugar / Cheeni 2 tbsp
Bring It To Boil
Kashmiri Tea Kahwa 1/2 Cup or As Required
Mix Well
Pistachio / Pista ( Thin Cut ) 1 tbsp
Almond / Badam ( Thin Cut ) 1 tbsp
Mix Well
Kashmiri Tea Cook On Low Flame For 3 to 4 Minutes
Kashmiri Tea or Pink Tea Ready To Serve
Garnish with Dry Fruits
