Butter Biscuits / Cookies Recipe:
Butter / Makhan ( At Room Temperature ) 150 gm
Beat For 1 Minute or Till Smooth
Icing Sugar / Cheeni 75 gm
Beat at Medium Speed For 1 to 2 Minutes
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Egg ( At Room Temperature ) 1
Beat Well Until Combine
Scrape The Sides With Spatula Beat Again Until Smooth
All Purpose Flour / Maida 200 gm
Backing Powder 1/4 tsp
Add Flour With Stainer In Two Portions Mix With Spatula
Mix Well With Spatula
Add All Mixture Into Piping Bag
Make Biscuits With Your Desired Shape
Bake In Oven On 180 Degree For 20 to 25 Minutes
