As key attackers Tyrese Spicer and Levi Garcia have been ruled out of contention for T&T's back to back nations league match against Cuba on Thursday.

In their place coach Derek King has made the bold move of recalling veterans Joevin Jones and Kevin Molino in a bit to get the job done against the Cubans.

00:16have been ruled out of contention for TNT's back-to-back Nations League match against
00:20Cuba on Thursday.
00:22In their place, coach Derek King has made the bold move of recalling veterans Jovin
00:26Jones and Kevin Molino in a bid to get the job done against the Cubans.
00:47The Soka Warriors have touched down safely in Santiago ahead of their Nations League
00:52clash against Cuba.
00:53But it's no sound and dance for the TNT men as they know the importance of the two matches
00:58against the Cubans.
01:23Unfortunately, the Soka Warriors will not have the services of promising striker Tyrese
01:27Spicer after he picked up an injury with his MLS club Toronto FC.
01:32But TNT would have a lot more experience to call on with the recalls of Kevin Molino and
01:37Jovin Jones.
01:39And caretaker coach Derek King explained what the duo can offer.
02:06Another addition to the set-up is the inclusion of a mental coach in the backroom staff.
02:11That mental coach is Richard Horsham and coach King pointed out how his addition has been
02:16going.

02:50And they will be hopeful of extending that recent record against the Cubans, especially

02:58Well, we're on the cusp of kick-off and Derek King's men are not just getting acclimatized
03:03to conditions in Cuba, where they will play on artificial turf, but also the opposition.
03:08TNT skipper Aubrey David further gave some insight into their opposition and his team's
03:13tactics for the match.
03:13I know that they have a lot of foreign players, players that play Costa Rica, that play Guatemala
03:22and in the U.S.A. as well.
03:24Basically, they have a young team, but they are willing to fight.
03:28They are hungry and they want to prove themselves because they are at home.
03:32So, it's just for us to be together and execute our game plan so that we can leave here three
03:38points.
03:39Well, David further pointed out the benefit of recalling veterans like Jovin Jones and
03:43Kevin Molino back into the squad.
03:45It's good to have senior players that know and been through these situations so they
03:51can guide the younger ones and advise them about their experiences.
03:56In these situations, obviously, we play together from since 2015 coming up, so it's good to
04:02have them back again.
04:03It's just for us to continue to set an example for the younger ones.
