A truck driver associated with China Railway Construction Company was on Monday night in police custody, after he crashed into a number of vehicles, pulling down utility lines in the Roach Trace, Mt Pleasant area, in what has been labelled a freak accident. Elizabeth Williams visited the scene and has this report.

00:56to the area as clean up efforts continued on Tuesday.
