The concept of Freelancing is different from a conventional job because it gives you the freedom
to be your own boss rather than being employed by someone. Freelancing is for all those people
who are not happy with their 9-5 jobs, and don’t want to follow the mechanism of conventional
jobs. Freelancing is better than any other job because it gives you freedom of time, and there is
no need to follow a formal working environment. But hard work, self-assessment, and dedication
are the most important factors to be a successful freelancer.

01:24Always remember, I have said this many times, time is money.

01:32with your relaxation, when an employer is put off in the name of Pakistan,
01:39then there is no coming back.

02:20my project went bad and I was also answerable to someone as a freelancer.

02:31and 54 million out of 54 million don't do freelancing themselves.

02:38and then they outsource it to the freelance marketplace
02:41and there they choose the best freelancer.
02:44So, Huzoor, it is very important that you manage your time.
02:48You should be professionally equipped to complete a project on time.
02:53There are many ways to avoid time distractions.
02:57The easiest way is to keep yourself on a clock.
03:02If I have to work for three hours in the morning, afternoon, evening or night,
03:08if I have to work for three hours for a particular client on a particular project,
03:14then please, social media distraction, YouTube video distraction,
03:21instant message distractions will be avoided.
03:25It is very important to manage your time
03:27because for an employer, time is as important as the word or commitment you make to them.
03:35And if you do not fulfil that commitment,
03:38then your project becomes meaningless for the employer.
03:42In the beginning, I experienced this myself when I could not control the time.
03:49They were so angry that they said,
03:51you can keep the money but we will not come back to your country.
03:55I felt regret and shame and I decided that
04:01no matter what happens, I will keep my mouth shut.
04:06I will feel the time.
04:08Because if you lose track of time, it does not come back.
04:14You need to manage your time by following either an online software,
04:19whatever you feel best.
04:20Just google and you will find a lot of time management software.
04:24And if you do not want to use time management software,
04:28by the way, I would advise you to apply self-discipline.
04:34If you have to work for three hours, then switch off your mobile.
04:37If you are working from home, then close the door and strictly tell your family
04:44that you are answerable to your employer and you have to finish your work.
04:49Believe me, when you give someone your word and make a commitment,
04:54you are answerable to that person and you are also answerable to God.
04:58So time management is very important.
