The concept of Freelancing is different from a conventional job because it gives you the freedom
to be your own boss rather than being employed by someone. Freelancing is for all those people
who are not happy with their 9-5 jobs, and don’t want to follow the mechanism of conventional
jobs. Freelancing is better than any other job because it gives you freedom of time, and there is
no need to follow a formal working environment. But hard work, self-assessment, and dedication
are the most important factors to be a successful freelancer.

00:00We have discussed skills in great detail, we have discussed communication in great detail,

00:28for you to gauge up and improve yourself as an effective freelancer.
00:33Now we have to talk about behavior.
00:37This behavior sets your tone in order to become a successful freelancer.
00:45Behavior is a very important thing to look at, but when I give you a real-time example,
00:49you will say that it really has a bigger impact.
00:52And remember, when you are doing freelancing, your employer may be seven oceans across.
00:58So there's no meeting in person, there's no way you can convince them.
01:01The only tool you have got is a video tool, a Skype conversation, your selection of words
01:06in your bed, your concise, to-the-point messages, your profile.
01:13So what does behavior have to do with all these things?
01:17The first important part in professional behavior is to be accountable.
01:26Be accountable in two ways.
01:28A, be accountable to yourself, and second, be accountable to your employer forward slash
01:37client.
01:38Why are these two things important, friends?
01:42Why are you being accountable?
01:45Why are you being held accountable?
01:47But when you start working, you will realise that when you are self-accountable in any
01:56work, it sets your professional tone.

02:18So be accountable to yourself to begin with.
02:31The burden of proof, the burden of responsibility, falls on me.

03:31If you work 8 hours a day, you should have the discipline that there will be no social
03:36networking, no instant messaging, only important calls from your immediate family or business

04:00You will not be able to excel as a freelancer.

05:40Your tone matters a lot.
05:42Please have a positive attitude about the work you are doing.
05:46When you are positive with your responses, to employer ko yeh comfortability milti hai
05:54ke is bande ke saath kaam karna hai.
05:56Yeh har cheez pe na nahi karna.
05:59Yeh positive attitude nahi hai, aapne pehle hi nahi kar di.

06:17To khatino hazrat, positive attitude ki itni importance hai, not just for a digital workspace

07:21ya aapki zindagi mein koi aisa rehnama,
07:25koi aisa leader ya instructor aa jaye,
07:29jo aapko yeh bataye ke aap hain kaun.

07:35Agar aap badi race ke ghode hain,
07:37to aapke liye chota platform matter nahi karta.
07:41Agar aap bade ground ke player hain,
07:43to aap gali mahalon mein nahi khel paayenge.
07:46Apne aap ko pehchaan liye,
07:47aur phir ussi tariqah se present kijiye.
07:49Know yourself, know your worth.
07:53Because once you get to know yourself,
07:55ki aap kya value de sakte hain apne employer ko,
07:57aap kya quality work produce kar sakte hain for employer's business,
08:02aap kitne efficient hain with regards to time management
08:06and getting a work done within the agreed upon time.
