00:04 What was your reaction when they called your name?
00:06 Oh, I was stressed out.

00:11 I mean, we see Richie go through such a transformation in season two,
00:15 and I feel like I always found myself crying watching your character,
00:18 especially the Forks episode,
00:20 just seeing him go through everything that he did.
00:22 What was it like for you telling Richie's story in season two
00:25 and just showing a softer side to him than we saw in season one?
00:28 To be honest, I found it was kind of a lonely storyline for me
00:32 because one of the things I love most about our show
00:35 is when everyone's together in the kitchen,
00:38 very frenetic, bouncing off of each other,
00:40 overlap dialogue, that commotion and chaos.
00:44 And certainly that episode of Forks was very quiet,
00:47 really a departure tonally from the rest of the show.
00:50 And so I just kind of felt, I don't know, a little lonely.
00:53 I missed my friends.
00:56 One of your friends in the show that I love your on-screen relationship is Fac.
01:00 I love the Richie/Fac dynamic.
01:02 What's your dynamic like in real life with Matty, who plays him?

01:06 I mean, Matty's a very, very charming man.
01:08 You know, he's like a deeply soulful--
01:12 He's a cook. He's a chef.
01:14 He's a nurturer.
01:17 You know, he's like-- He wants to--
01:20 He's like a connective tissue.
01:22 I adore that guy.
01:24 Looking forward to season three,
01:25 what's something you'd love to see happen for Richie in the new season?
01:30 Well, there's two answers to that
01:33 because there's things I would like for him,
01:36 as someone who plays him, I would like for him to find love.
01:38 I would like for him to find peace.
01:41 But from an audience perspective
01:43 and from what I want to play as an actor,
01:47 I want struggle and obstacles and more chaos.
01:54 You're getting ready to go back to film season three soon, right?
01:57 Yeah, yeah. In a month, yeah.
