00:25When can we expect new music, an album? Because I feel like you've been teasing us for a long time.
00:31Yes, so I'm working on my debut album at the moment, and my first single, Carrie Bradshaw, drops next month.
00:38I haven't even announced that yet, so here's the tea.
00:43Exclusive, and what can you tease about the single? What's the vibe?
00:46Well, I'm the biggest Sex in the City fan ever, so of course it's a love letter to Carrie.
00:51But also, you know, I'm kind of stepping into this next era, and I think experiencing the weight of kind
01:00of becoming an adult.
01:01And also just, I've gone through so much this past year, and reached so many highs, touring the world,
01:07and then got pulled back down to earth with friendship breakups, and just a lot of messiness and hardship in
01:15my personal life.
01:17And I think all of those experiences, for better or worse, have made their way onto my album.
01:21And it's been really cathartic to be able to kind of heal through this project.
01:28And I mean, we've loved the song, One Girl's Trash is Another Girl's Trash 2.

01:37What was the fan response to that song and everything, like for you?
01:40Yeah, I mean, it's been so wonderful just like getting to just see how the fans respond to my latest
01:48project, Boy, that was my last EP.
01:51I got to tour it, so like got to see fans in the crowd singing the lyrics, knowing the songs.
01:57So that was such a special experience.
01:59And now working on this project, I'm just like, I can't wait to tour, get out there, do my own
02:04show,
02:04and hearing the cuties singing the lyrics to these next songs. It's going to be amazing.
