02:09 These awards is a way to honour the developers who have gone above and beyond the delivering
02:16 projects that contribute to the growth and advancement of the real estate sector in the

02:24 Held for the second year, MDA 2023, Convert accolades upon property developments that
02:29 have exceeded the RMB1 billion benchmark as well as emerging developers.
02:34 The MDA is divided into five main categories, namely, top of the chart awards and four special
02:39 awards.
02:40 There are six subdivisions in the top of the chart awards, namely top 10, best in quantitative
02:46 and best in qualitative for the market capital RMB1 billion and above, as well as top 5,
02:52 best in quantitative and best in qualitative for market capital below RMB1 billion.
02:58 As for the special awards categories, they are the Rising Star Award, Transformation
03:02 Award, International Award and Joint Development Award, which is a new category introduced
03:07 to honour developers who have joined forces and leveraged each other's expertise to
03:12 develop at least one property.
03:14 We are very happy to receive this award which is a recognition of a joint development, a
03:20 new category and we are very proud of this award.
